I find this crazy.
A new casino opened up here called golden nugget ontario.
I was first on the leaderboard. I was doing some $100-$400 bonus buys mixed in with some $2-$4 bets. I wagered well over $10,000 in 3.5 hours.
I checked the leaderboard and somehow, in the middle of the night...13 players signed up and wagered tens of thousands of dollars at the same time as me. So 13 players were doing $1000 bonus buy+ $10-$50 slot spins for 4 hours straight to push me way down the leaderboard and then massive point balances.
Are people really this rich? Its a provincial casino for Ontario only that just opened last week. I find it really strange all of this happened in 4 hours.
Ive been part of these tournies alot in some big casinos and have never seen anything like this before in these order of events.
New Casino (likely many dont even know its open yet)
Randomly 13 players entered a 2 day old wager tourney that ends in a few days
13 players randomly playing from 1am-5am gambling what must be hundreds of thousands of dollars.
People opting in for small prizes relative to their bet sizing an dplaying like crazy
Many of the players having a number on the end of their name
I find this hard to believe given all the circumstances and its a casino that only operates in 1 province.
No other Ontario leaderboards look like this ever.
Conspiracy theory with tin foil hat is telling me casino is using bots to fill up the leaderboard.
