I agree with Jasmine, put videoslots to rest and continue it elsewhere or stop altogether. You have done a yeoman's job.

It would be interesting to see the same games repeated elsewhere by somebody.

I think you have become jaded with all this poor return, I would give Today's Weather a solid 8 out of 10. Massive return potential and I find it fun to play when it is not ice cold.

I used to play quite a bit of Today's Weather, had pretty much forgotten about it. It does play slow. After Harry's review I played it yesterday, got a couple of bonus rounds in short order, one around 80x bet.

Microgaming offered those slots, and it still shows powered by Microgaming at Videoslots, although 32Red lost them on the flash client with the recent update. Roller Derby was a bit of a "go to" slot when my balance was low.

It has been indeed quite a drag most of the time as 90% of the games are basically not worth playing, well to me at least. As i mentioned previously some people might like bare slots, i don't. To think that from nearly 700 played slots i put only 3 into the "must try" and another 15-20 into the "should try again" category is somewhat disillusioning. Not to have hit some extraordinary wins in 4 weeks with thousands and thousands of spins on so many games is just as disappointing. You would think that it would happen a few times considering the amount of games.

@jumboshrimp - you are right there, Today's Weather has potential if you get the right type of bonus round and are lucky enough to have then enough expanding reels. My rounds were abysmal. I would still not score it higher then a 7 because the base game is draining your balance very fast and you have to rely totally on getting good pays in the bonus rounds.

Hmmm, will i continue with it....to be honest i spent well over my budget this month which has not happened for a long time....small sums over it yes, but not to this magnitude. From VS live chat: "You have deposited $18,814.12 and withdrawn $11,983." Hence, the question is not really should i, it is rather a money question. To spend even more outside my budget just for the sake of continuing would not be a wise move IMO.

Hence, stop for now, will finish it, i promise but i just don't have endless funds to do it now. Sorry

Good call ! You know your own budget and so making the right choice. No one holds this against you ... and has been really informative the info you provided. And the big providers anyway most people here know how they pay. Heres to a big win when you deposit next

We all appreciate the hours put in by Harry, not to mention the monetary cost to give us such a comprehensive overview of these raggedy games

God knows how tiresome it is waiting for something to happen on good software like MG, Netent & co, nevermind these joyless wonders.

These spreadsheets should be put in a format so that they can be easily referenced for newbies and experienced players alike as they are a really great tool.

And whilst we're at it, give the poor bastard a CM acknowledgement of some sort for his troubles, he deserves it!

Is there a list of these '3 into the "must try" and another 15-20 into the "should try again"'? Quite curious, always looks for the next slot to get hooked on for 2017.

It has been actually a real pleasure to do this marathon for all of us to see once what game providers are giving us players as "entertainment" or as they like to call it "recreational play" (yes, a drag because of being bored from the bad games and loss of money, but that's a different story ) ......and the verdict is worse than i ever thought it could be. 100's and 100's of games i wouldn't even dream nor think of doing a single spin again.

But there are a few gems which i didn't try before this marathon, and they have gone on the 2 lists "must try" and "should try again". Generally, i think it is safe to say that a good part of the Red Tiger, Elk Studios, Big Time Gaming, Push Gaming and Yggdrasil slots are actually entertaining and have potential for big or even mega wins. The downside is that quite a few of those are so concentrated on those big wins in the bonus rounds that the base game will drain you faster than you can think. Hence it will be either "hero" or "zero".

All the other providers can be put in a big bag, then take a baseball bat, wack the bag a few good times and you wouldn't hit the wrong one. What they are offering as "entertainment" is an insult to us players risking real money.

I said i found only 3 "must try" slots, the list shows 7...reason is that some i had tried before and only 3,4 and 5 were completely new to me. The comments and scores are those that i noted during the marathon.

heh trust me i know all too well how brutal endorphina slots can be. Heck now when i think about it my first impression was even worse than yours (think i even made some rant posts here lol), and based on just that first session id probably rank endorphina slots (as a whole ) at -2/10.

And slots going dead would be a bad thing and something you could use against endorphina, if low variance slots werent capable of doing just that, and more.

A few days ago i finally convinced myslef to play another quickspin slot, Simbad. Last time i played quickspin slots was when i got 100 free spins on Second strike from Cherry casino, worth $20. I finished those 100 spins with $2,85 balance. Havent played quickspin slot since, so thought id give it a shot. And it was worse than most of my Mino sessions, and mino is slot where spins are pretty much dead until you get feature lol. It was dead spin after dead spin, followed by some random 1/3 win and once i finally got what looks like almost full screen of character symbol, it paid around 12x.

At least one would expect low variance slots, with little to no real potential to be good wagering slots. Well they arent. I left it when i was around 200 bets down, with little to no hope of being able to recover on that one, and now im back to boycotting quickspin and similar providers

once again not saying providers of HV slots like endorphina cant be just as bad. my first play on one of newer endorphina slots Diamond vapor left me 470 bets down before i finally managed to get free spins (470 bets, not spins!) but after said free spins are done i was back into profit land to go back from being 470x down on quickspin, you would need like 70 features in 100 spins, and even then im not sure ud be back to starting balance, so i figured i dont need that (#)($ in my life

I dont know what kind of reputation push gaming has in here but I tried one of their slots called dragon sisters. I did 50 spins on .50. I had 49 dead spins and the one spin was like a min win of 10 cents or something.

You are a not too popular software provider. I wonder why. You want to grow your reputation yet you pump out something like that. Now I will never play them again so well done.
