I ask a question; and this is if I was a genuine person from the UK with a valid passport and the relating documents to back this up but for some reason e.g. on holiday or working in another country that would flag up a geo-location issue- bump to next sentence. Would I fall fowl of in the terms given that the new / existing location had no issues with gambling activity pertaining to the convenience of their law?
There are many errors in the Terms and Conditions part of the site that whilst not ones that would excite an Ambulance chaser they are perhaps some that need to be pointed out by a self-obsessed keyboard warrior (that was a joke by the way. Really it was?)

All Terms and Conditions have a clause and also have sub clauses but they must be coherent. A clause is by and a definition of either a company requirement / policy or a part of a legally binding agreement that must be adhered to and agreed to by the customer (think that means both parties), the requirements must be set in law or at least frequent a subjective interpretation of it.
Always a bit weary of events “Out of our Control” that involve “acts of God” this seems a little too subjective if you get my drift. Could I blame all manner of ills on an entity that may or may not exist?
I lost or won 2,000 credits today, I blame God because he hacked my account and because I accidently did something wrong like not go to Church, I shall blame him or her and ask for my money back. No sir you played the game and there are logs and they were from the “act of God”. Sorted? Or maybe not…

5.7. If we are unable to confirm that you are the Legal Age then we may suspend Your Account. If you are proven to have been under that age at the time you made any gambling or gaming transactions, then:
• 5.7.1. Your Account will be closed;
• 5.7.2. All transactions made while you were underage will be void, and all related funds deposited by you will be returned;
• 5.7.3. Any stakes for bets made while you were underage will be returned to you; and
• 5.7.4. Any winnings which you have accrued during such time will be forfeited by you and you will return to us any such funds which have been withdrawn from your Account.

Priceless an adult tries to levy some money and then fails and then they blame the child on the account they made up, you really can’t do anything, please rethink and make sure they are who they say they are before the initial deposit. I imagine an adult with reduced funds would claim this?
The sub clauses tend to be ones in part that are just some continuation in the next line, period points are essential to clearly inform the customer of the rhetoric. But that may be a quirk of my nature and the way I read...

Good Luck Ben, I mean Entertainment, that’s what it should be all about, we buy it, consume it and sometimes we gain a little and at others lose a little, sometimes it can be reflection upon the night out but with control we achieve a balance (hopefully above the RTP lol).

...and in lighter news, had an amazing 4 hour session at the weekend with a £20 deposit with 100 x wager wins on at least three games. All good. Error code 2 is still occasionally cropping up but at a far lesser degree.

Only if you were a chicken.

Only if you were a chicken.

Sometimes short shaft shrift is all that is needed to re-balance a thread and you did this beautifully, thank you for the lesson. But I’ll have you know I won 47 pence on a penny pusher machine today with my secret formula that has netted me £15.14 this month so far. I don’t feel done over at all, take care :notworthy

Too funny.

I was waiting for a KFC joke e.g. a couple of nice breasts, two tender legs, and a greasy box to put your bone in afterwards.

just wanted to remark - my chat session a moment ago, was one of the politest and most efficient chat sessions I've had

So I'm assuming that they didn't refer to you as "m8", "dude", "bro" or "my dear"? Good to hear that GUTS is hiring good professional CSR's, unlike some others.

Couldnt agree more. The cutsomer service there's excellent. Furthermore they are really professionall and know how to build with rapport with customers without resorting to (as Balthazar said) words like my dear etc.

hmm, though last 1/2 hr been booted out of game and into free mode maybe 10 times and have to log back in

Ditto here dionysus.....it was the oddest thing, lol. First time it happened I was like "whoa, how did I end up with 5K credits"? LOL.... :p

Ah yeah I had one of those! Thought it was my imagination. Balance jumped up to over 4k then straight back down. Oddly it was on a half-decent win and it looked to me like that didn't credit the balance but I didn't follow it up. It probably did and I just missed it :) A bit disconcerting though.

Everything else was good (apart from the fact you have to print and fax/scan a deposit form on cards which is a pita)

Yeah...all Betsson brands have asked me to do the same in the past, so I am guessing that this is required by the LGA

Customer support is very sloooooooooooooow. I like their welcome offer and design though:)

Yes and on other hand from what members are saying they are faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaast on withdrawals. Rather fast on that and sloooooow on support :p

Hmm strange, I made a few deposits with my credit card there and never had to scan/fax back anything?! Althought I am from Bulgaria, which unfortunately is considered as less "reliable" country if you know what I mean than the good old England...:D

Is it just me or did i just have a nightmare of a session here?

Game lag awful, error 2 messages every two spins (i am not exaggerating) and games taking up to 15 minutes to load.

I know i like my money to last long but hey, not this way !

Need to get this sorted before i depo again.

Last time that I played there the exact same thing happened to me as well. Ben told me that he had sent my logs to MGS and NetEnt but I didn't get any news since (he thought that I was alone getting this I think).

I highly doubted at the time that the problem was between the end user (me) and the game provider (NetEnt, MGS) othewise I'd had have similar problems when playing the games elsewhere. I switched to another casino right after playing at GUTS and NetEnt was running great.

Guts Issue

Hi Everyone,

I am sorry to hear about your experience during the night (well at least night time over here) and I am having this investigated as we thought all the problems were solved from our downtime a few weeks ago with Balthazar just being a mystery case. But it seems that the Error 2 code is reoccurring.

Just to explain what we believe is happening is that with Microgaming Quickfire any non completed transactions go into a roll back queue where they have to be unlocked manually from our side. Most of the time, even if the transaction is not unlocked the player can still play but on some occasions it causes not only problems with the MGS games but with other providers.

We worked with MGS a few weeks ago and increased the length of the API call and made some other changes which appeared to work. It seems that many of the complaints are coming between 2am and 4am CET so we are looking over what happens at this time as that should actually be the lowest load time. MGS have another update this morning at 9am CET which will hopefully solve the above mentioned problem for good and for all operators with QF, not just Guts.

I will push Every Matrix and MGS this morning to get an answer to these problems and I am truly sorry for these problems.

One thing though, if your having these problems, please email me or PM me right away and if it is that bad of an experience I would stop playing until I can solve it.

Thanks,

Ben
