Interesting case. Most strange is they allow 2 sessions (yours and the guy who logged in from estonia). Let's see what the PAB will throw out.
This does sound extremely suspicious, especially given your strong password habits and lack of compromise on your device. If what you describe is accurate, it raises serious concerns about the platform’s security and integrity. I hope you’re able to escalate this with Gamdom support and, if possible, gather all evidence and report it to relevant authorities.I suspect an employee or hacker logged into my account and stole my entire balance. Also find this really weird because someone else claimed this in another thread and I found it completely unbelievable lol
I posted a joke in chat and said "down to my last box of kraft dinner. Help"
The moderator banned my chat. I went to live chat and said hey why did I get banned in chat for nothing I dont appreciate that. Im not going to play here and just cashout if thats how you treat people.
Not long after saying that, the money was taken out of my account and sent to two crypto addresses.
I was mid game playing east coast vs west coast.
Suddenly my balance dropped from $1700 to $29. Then i could see LTC removed and USDT added and then $29 being added to another crypto balance and then moved.
Money was removed completely. All accounts zero then $29 would appear. Then everything zero. Then $210 would appear. Then zero. This went on for a few minutes. Money was being added and removed, added and removed. This is someone in the website control panel and not what a hacker would or could do?
So it looks to me like an employee did this and if they didnt, then Gamdom.com is 100% prone to hackers getting inside their system and cashing out their player balances.
No emails of breach. I was not logged out. I did not get an email for password recovery or anything like that at all.
I was not hacked. My password is impossible to hack. It was over 10 letters, numbers and special symbols not used anywhere else online. It is a password made specifically for this casino as I use different passwords for every casino and have them written in a book.
To guess my password would be in the trillions to one.
I ran a deep scan on my computer. No issues at all. No teamviewers, no trojans, not a single thing as I suspected.
I only play here a couple times a year so for a hacker to randomly know at this very moment I was playing and to log in and steal my money is absolutely unheard of.
I do not click links.
I went to live chat asking what is going on and they said oh it looks like 2 withdraws on your account and quickly linked me to them. Like they had it prepared for me.
I fully believe a gamdom employee just empted my balance.
So I am warning the gaming community to instantly stop playing there as your money and balance is not secure.
To be honest, i expected this response.FWIW Gamdom has stonewalled on the PAB and is blubbering BS to obfuscate their refusal to cooperate:
“ … As per data protection regulations, we are unable to share any information regarding the player’s account with third parties.
If the player wishes to pursue this matter further, we kindly ask that any legal concerns be submitted in writing through formal legal representation. Any legal inquiries will only be reviewed upon receipt of a formal letter addressed to our compliance team."
There are no such data protection regulations in Curaçao which is the applicable licensing jurisdiction, and common practice is that if the complainant submits their request for an arbitrator in writing then there should be no impediment to proceeding. We offered to have the OP do that and they simply ignored it, twice. What they’re really saying is “we don’t want to” and are trying to hide behind flowery language.
So the PAB is DOA I’m afraid.

Yeah, me too, but given the situation we had to try.To be honest, i expected this response. ...

Gamdom refuses to supply me with IP addresses, log in times or anything.
They have stated it is against their policy to provide players with activity on their account.
This is wild behavior. I cannot believe a casino is shooting themselves in the foot like this over $1700.
I am creating threads and social media posts all over. The one on reddit already has 700 viewes in 45 minutes.
They are going to lose 1000x what they stole from me in lost deposits and players.
Sure is confusing behavior when casinos dig their heels in and cause themselves irrepairable damage
I think its honestly out of spite. Whoever did this was clearly pissed off at how I spoke to live chat. i didnt swear or call them names but I did say the moderator should be fired for treating players like crap. For insulting me and as a result players leave. How can they not supply information pertaining to your account. That makes zero sense.
I know crypto casino's are the in thing now but fuck me this is complete garbage. They could have resolved this quietly and amicably but instead are behaving like absolute morons.
This is a potential pitfall of playing at casinos that operate in jurisdictions that have little to no regulation. They have stated it is against their policy to provide players with activity on their account.
Same as the man from Del Monte. They wouldn't supply me by accounts information either! This is a potential pitfall of playing at casinos that operate in jurisdictions that have little to no regulation.
The fact that they will not provide you the account holder with the full and complete activity on your account raises major alarm bells.
Definitely must be old software, or allowable on some pages (for vpn users)... without being able to do anything. But still mystery hmm for this case.I did play many times like this. I could log into one of the crypto casinos i play at from my laptop using a Finnish location and at the same time an Irish one from my phone. I mean i could still be logged in on my laptop and go outside for a fag in the garden and keep playing on the phone from a different IP. Both sessions were still active.
FTR there is absolutely no excuse for that, full stop. A user’s data is generally considered to be their right and any respectable casino provides it without delay. To do otherwise is both an immediate cause for suspicion and automatically puts the operator in the “untrustworthy and/or amateurish” category.Gamdom refuses to supply me with IP addresses, log in times or anything.

They truly do not care.FTR there is absolutely no excuse for that, full stop. A user’s data is generally considered to be their right and any respectable casino provides it without delay. In my experience there are two possible reasons they’ve done this:
The end result is the same though: someone fails Crisis Management 101 and the bushfire that this issue has become — rightly so — rages on.
- they are culpable and they know it so showing the logs would be self-incriminating.
- they are putting up the barricades in expectation of full-on blow-back because of this. Even then it’s a boneheaded move that puts fire in the belly of anyone even passingly familiar with the OP’s case.

The only reason why I did is because it has good ratings and reviews. Its a pretty big casino too. This is a potential pitfall of playing at casinos that operate in jurisdictions that have little to no regulation.

Yes, certainly sounds that way unfortunately. Also added to the fact they have given Max the 'Talk to the hand' treatment. So the mini-list of bollocks is enacted and the obfuscation begins.
They stopped responding to emails. Refuse to provide me any proof of their bs claims or anything.Yes, certainly sounds that way unfortunately. Also added to the fact they have given Max the 'Talk to the hand' treatment.
Very very short sighted on their part...
You got linkedin dear? with peeps from the industry? They stopped responding to emails. Refuse to provide me any proof of their bs claims or anything.
I filed a complaint here, no go. Casinoguru and askgamblers. They refuse to partake. Askgamblers advised me to go to their license holder. Pretty sure its a worthless license.
I have been ignored for 2-3 days now. No answers to question, no responses, Nothing at all.
They just stole my money, told me too bad, ignore emails, ignore ADR's etc. And thats it.
So be aware. If you play here you are playing in a casino who uses discretion on who to rip off and who not. If you say the wrong thing or do the wrong thing, your funds are at risk and you have zero recourse at all.
I can do the same for you?Hey Jan, I dont have linkedin. Should I make one then? You got linkedin dear? with peeps from the industry?
yesterday i put a post out about non payments from a crypto casino. The post seems I was affected but in all truth its one of our players who have been with us since 2015 and who I respect and therefore try to help.
Today all decisions were reversed and payments continues.
Seems I am an influencer in this industryI can do the same for you?
At least you got there in time to prevent the theft-withdrawal.Your experience at Gamdom sounds familiar to me, VERY familiar.
I created an account at Gamdom in November 2024. Made a few small deposits, and on one of those deposits, I had a really good session and won about 1100 $ on a Hacksaw Gaming slot. So my balance went from 100$ to 1200$ after a big win in a bonus round. I decided to continue playing the same slot, but suddenly after hitting another spin at 1$ stake, I see my balance change from 1200$ to 100$. I immediately checked my transaction logs, and I noticed there was a withdrawal requested of 1100$ in TRX (Tron). I've never used or owned any TRX, and I definitely didn't request any withdrawal. I contacted livechat immediately, explained the situation, and the lady from the livechat told me "you're account may be compromised". Strange, since it was only 1 month old, and I created a fresh password for Gamdom only.
However, the lady from the livechat told me they were gonna reject the withdrawal and they would lock my account temporarily and they provided me with instructions on how to unlock it again after a password reset. About half an hour later, I could get back in my account again, and my balance was restored to 1200$. After that, I still played some other slots and after a few big wins, I was able to cash out 4600$, which was paid to my Litecoin wallet 10 minutes later. Happy end thank God, but untill today, it remained a mystery to me how my account could have been compromised, since it was only 1 month old, and I always create very secure and long passwords.![]()
Ive read this type of thing elsewhere too. Cant remember where. So this is now 3 for sure cases.Your experience at Gamdom sounds familiar to me, VERY familiar.

Nope, no withdrawal code sent to email.Does Gamdom not request a withdrawal code to process withdrawals? I know each time I used Stake or 500.casino it would always email me a code to make a withdrawal. Surely these crypto casino's have some sort of protective measure in place.
They probably have bots all over internet posting fake withdraw screenshots. But as someone pointed out above, when players are pushed out they land on these...there are still people playing at gamdom after all this, even ones from this site. gamblers gonna gamble even at sites that pull stunts like what happened to lockinlove.
exactly which is why I am sure an employee is involved.Nope, no withdrawal code sent to email.
Since that strange incident, I activated 2FA, to have some additional security. But now I know that there are other members that ecperienced the same strange things, I doubt I will ever deposit again at Gamdom.
I have 1 additional thing to add: While I was chatting with support through livechat, I saw a message to casino support popup that supposedly came from me (in MY livechat window!!) asking "if it was possible to process the withdrawal ASAP".
I really can't understand how that is even possible without any alarm bells going off at the casino side... unless a fraudulent employee has something to do with it.
Which is shocking.there are still people playing at gamdom after all this, even ones from this site. gamblers gonna gamble even at sites that pull stunts like what happened to lockinlove.
just yesterday I seen someone from this forum post a winning screenshot on another forum and they gotta be aware about this gamdom situation since they are quite active on here and they still chose to deposit at gamdom after all that's happened. They probably have bots all over internet posting fake withdraw screenshots. But as someone pointed out above, when players are pushed out they land on these...
Reading this whole thing gave me déjà vu. Same exact scenario happened to me — balance drained in front of my eyes, funds bounced around wallets, then gone. I also don’t buy the “hacker” line for a second. The timing (right after a dispute with live support) makes it look way too much like an internal action.or hacker
On a side note, I noticed your from Canada.. how about those Blue Jays. (Having a great season!)Which is shocking.
Their ID and personal details could quite possibly be copied and sold knowing its full of rogue employees/hackers.
Sure you may have a high vip level and get decent cashback and a history of decent cashouts. Guess what, so did I. Ive had a few decent cashouts.
When Gamdom first responded to me guess what they posted.
They sent me an email with my deposits and cashouts which showed I was up about $3000 in their casino.
Yes thats right. After I was robbed one of their first replies was to try and tell me I was winning player and not to worry about being ripped off (in so many words)
They were no alarm bells. No urgency. Nothing. Please reopen account. Youre a winning player, dont worry about it.
They target accounts with no 2FA. Any cases ive read is people who forgot to enable it. Usually people who arent playing for much seem to forget. So looks like an employee keeps an eye on which accounts dont have the added protection and then takes their money.Having read this saga it just seems so fucken bizarre. The concept that either an employee is ripping off accounts or their site is so poorly protected doesn't make much sense. If your going to steal funds why bring the heat for just $1,700 when I am sure there are accounts with loads of money in it.. perhaps whoever did it thought you wouldn't care as its not too much money.
What I am curious about is whether Gamdom would be as flippant if it was a high roller who lost 1 or 2 BTC.
I have read quite a few posts about Gamdom and they seem to be good until they aren't. They change terms on a whim and ban players quickly. I'm sure plenty of people use them and have no issues.. the question though is would you trust them with your money or payout if you have a massive win.
Crypto casinos have ruined the whole industry.
There are crypto casinos that oblige players to use 2FA when withdrawing funds. This should provide a strong safeguard against rogue employees, surely. They target accounts with no 2FA. I live about an hour from Toronto too so having the jays in the playoffs and doing so well is awesome. Ill be rooting for them that's for sure.
If a casino employee can go into your account then they can go into your profile and turn it off. I know to turn it off you need to send a text to your phone to confirm (I think) but I bet there is a way to bypass that. There are crypto casinos that oblige players to use 2FA when withdrawing funds.
