I have a balance of £29 I’m trying to withdraw from 888 casino. Not huge I know!
This has been going on a number of days now, every time I contact them, they ask for my documents to do an account verification. I submit them and they tell me it’ll be actioned and to wait for an email.
No email comes and so I jump back on the chat to ask for an update and lo and behold, they tell me they need to do verification and to send the documents.
6 times I’ve done this now! And each time they tell me the previous agent didn’t action it properly.
They’re also refusing to give me any details to complain.
I’m at a loss of what to do! It’s only £29 but still! How can I get my money back?
