I have played at a certain casino for a while with a few withdrawals, most paid within 36 hours. This week my luck changed, having acheived a $20k playthru I put in a withdrawal for just short of £3500 on last Tuesday expecting the money before Friday. However this did not materialise and during my discussions with CS had to put up with....'we value our players'........'I'll flush it through just for you'.........'you will be paid can't say when though'. I contacted the rep on here who did reply but what was said was a little more informative. They had had a lot of winners and they had to do a transfer of funds to Neteller which was expected to hit on Friday, however it didn't so I remain unpaid with the promise that I will get paid as soon as the funds hit their neteller account. While I appreciate that honesty, I still find it a little worrying that I have still not been told when other than 'as soon as our funds reach neteller'.

I have now gone and complicated matters by putting a withdrawal in for $2000 (playthru was about $4k) at another casino of the group. Still that all equates to over £3000 in my money and hopefully this accredited casino wants to stay accredited :)
 
Slotocash is Not Recommended at Casinomeister.

Both for being able to make a large cashout, and for being able to recieve true answers from the casino.
Not all casinos would even bother to tell you the real reason so if I were you I wouldn't be worried:)
Is it a casino that handles withdrawals on weekends?

Based on what appeared to be a very honest reply, I will not name the casino as this would not be fair. Unless they don't pay me in the very near future of course!!

You could always message me and I'll say if you're right or not.

In all Honesty you are doing the community a disservice by not stating who it is. The logic behind it is why start a thread in the first place?

I appreciate that you may have needed to vent. however; other players here may use the same WD method as you and go there to play in good faith when the Casino doesn't have Money in its NeTeller Acount. It will also result in delays for them. Casinos should anticipate that they will receive WD's often and not lie and wait until funds are depleted then decide to replenish them.

Its poor form on their part and I hope you get paid soonest.

I appreciate your sentiment, however if I am the cause of stopping people depositing through Neteller then I'll never get paid will I :D

When/if I get paid the thread ends, if further issues crop up then I have laid the platform and history for naming them.
 
I strongly believe its 3Dice as they had problems payin to neteller over a week ago... and they also stated to me they need funds on there neteller account first... heres my chat with them

I agree with Nate, I can understand your frustration DemonUK but I think the thing to do is either start a thread when you're prepared to name the group involved, or hold back until then - all we've got now is uncertainty around a slow pay situation.

From what you have explained already I think you have ample justification to name the group, it's not a case of making any sort of complaint, just an objective explanation of what's going on - and as Nate points out, can provide a useful service to other players.

The OP states that he's played at another casino in the group and has a withdrawal pending with them, AFAIK 3Dice aren't a 'group' they just have the one casino?

Wasn't the 3Dice situation sorted earlier in the week?
 
If been paid already... so the situation for me was solved... and im sure youre right as i didnt read the op post correctly... so sorry for bashing 3Dice

Its your choice on whether you name the casino or not but I would like to know because I want to know whether they are having problems with other e-wallets too and not just Neteller. If what they say is true I applaud them for their honestly and actually these things do happen in the commercial world. You wouldnt expect them to place a huge mountain of idle cash in Neteller just in anticipation of a few large w/ds.

That's not entirely true :p - They are Accredited and you should get paid. :thumbsup:

All I was trying to point out was that IF a Casino was slow paying on a method for whatever reason, Its always good to share the information and prevent other members here from having issues. I would be grateful to you IF I were about to play there and used Neteller for WD's - I hate it when my WD's are delayed.

In any event, I think I know who the Casino is, but it would be nice if you were upfront.

I hate it too...and seeing as all I have got from CS tonight (10pm her) is 'shortly' or 'soon', its only fair to you all that I should name the casino as Slotocash. As you can work out from that I still haven't recieved my withdrawal 6 days on. It should have been Friday but Georgina kindly explained the situation and said it would be Monday. CS just give me the two words above and cite a very big queue of withdrawals. For an accredited casino this is just not good enough IMO.

If Casinomeister or Max reads this maybe you can make a general query over the state of the withdrawals as I am happy to deal with mine myself for the time being.
 
well thats crappy news lol i play at slotcash everyday. i havent had a withdrawl. a few times it was my stupidity. but in the event that i request a withdrawl after all the deposits ive made . i would be so disapointed in them if i didnt get paid. and that would be the end of me playing there. frustration of wondering when a player will get paid is really getting old. thanks for revealing the casino. i will be aware of it as i dep from now on. if you do not get paid or it takes several months for you to get your funds ... would you p.m. me and let me know??

To be fair they have always paid in the past, even the week before last and always within the 3 days they state. I am struggling to connect the word coincidence and my first very large withdrawal and late payment at the moment. If it takes months they won't be accredited here anymore i would think.
 
In the meantime, to be fair to Slotocash, could members kindly post of their recent withdrawal experiences at Slotocash/Desert Nights thru w/d methods other than neteller. Preferably the amounts could be in the $3-4K region.

Let's hope this isn't a sign of something more sinister. If it were other casinos, I would be raising the red flag. Let's hope it is simply a money movement issue......although I have to say, it shouldn't take more than 48 hrs maximum to get funds into a merchant neteller account.

I really really hope they aren't just waiting for more deposits to fill the account up, as this is a dangerous game which can create more issues than it solves.

Has anyone pmed the rep? I think their input is vital right now.

I cannot speculate on whether anything is wrong but one thing seems certain. They do have a lot more players and their servers are overloaded and spin slowly as a result. While the deposits continue to flood in inevitably there will be more winners and it is possible that in the short-term they will have to contend with a cashflow problem, well at least for some payment methods. Nothing to worry about IMO as many companies, especially in the gaming business, face this from time to time. However, should they be found lying iro there only being insufficient funds at neteller then the whole issue needs to be scrutinised.
