@Conor@Trada , I had a account for years, deposited many times. Then my emailadress was changed, only way to change trada email is to close account and create new one. With the new account i still didnt deposited, asked support to change the statistics for my new account, but wasnt possible also. Then the fact lost bonuses stays active untill wagering met or ask support to manual remove it. But as my new account havent deposits i cant claim anything. This are a couple things wich hold me to make deposits again
