Hi @brianmon. When a withdrawal is requested, this withdrawal enters a queue of priority, meaning whoever requested the withdrawal first is put first in the queue, the second, will be second in the queue, and so on and so forth.

This means that sometimes your withdrawal might take slightly longer due to this however we assure you that all withdrawals are checked and processed within that 3 working days (or 72 hours) time frame. Should it take any longer due to unforeseen scenarios, please do send me a private message on CM or contact our live chat to look into it. :)

I'd assume that's the way all the other casinos process withdrawals. But doesn't explain why most of the others can process a withdrawal in a matter of hours/minutes rather than days.

If you're going to try and sidestep any points made here, maybe you shouldn't have started this thread, or get a job in politics :)

Are we seeing the start of players having closed accounts en mass because of the shit they were being served, and now casinos crawling to get them back because the cash flow threatens there business.

Wouldn't it be illegal for Energy and LvBet to share data?
For that you have contracts and policies. Don't go so negative immediately for no reason.

As in adhering to the EGBA? Not sure were you are getting the negative out of.. So how would lvbet sharing their data with energy enable them to offer top notch service? Would they get their customers consent beforehand?
I also was speaking about the drop in rtp when I said what customers were being served.

They just simply don't share it... solved. Have a good weekend.

So why bring it up and in particular LvBet, of which you have no association? Didn't LvBet use to run Energy casino?
Why bring up a comment about data sharing while nobody is speaking about that. Lets say All British Casino outsources support... Why cant lets say Leovegas outsource support to the same company? Why would there be data sharing... it's just a negative mindset from your end imo.

I think the operative word here is 'IF'. Thats what Jan intended to say. He was merely praising the VIP team at Lvbet.

AFAIK they use one team for their affiliate program. I believe they are separate entities otherwise.

So you are talking about transferring staff from one online casino to another and vice versa and don't envisage any GDPR implications.. Are you saying the staff at Energy are no good and should be replaced by LvBet, thus giving customers a top notch service?
Even though customers have gotten use to the robotic pre determined answers staff send at the click of a button, and most customers gripe is with the reduction in rtp.
If you think I have a negative mindset it is because we are talking about the swamp that online casinos have become..i do get how an affiliate would keep a positive mindset though, in driving customers to the daylight robbery rtp's have become.

Nope, wasn't writing that at all, but its what your brain wants to absorb. It also goes from data sharing issue that was never the case, to a RTP issue... interesting.

Youl have to forgive me then, I don't really know what it is you are trying to say. Lvbet vip customer service should share their techniques/training with Energy. Are you angling for a job with Lvbet?
It was always about rtp if you read my previous posts, that will be Energy's main problem, along with other online casinos going forward. I was just concerned when I thought you were writing about 2 different companies sharing data, of which you are associated to none. Apologies if I've took you up wrong.

True, they can share whatever service they want. Just no customer data, and i'm pretty sure that won't happen as it's 2 different entities. We've got outsourced support work in the past for another casino. While doing the support, was there a matter of data sharing? No, 0.0. So that comment is simply usesless and only aimed at throwing oil on the fire, where there wasn't even any fire....

Will answer skype tomorrow btw, left early, sorry :)

Nothing wrong with that question.

This is a forum.

@Energy Casino simply put, low RTP won't see deposits from me regardless of no deposit spins and bells and whistles on customer service.

I like you guys personally because you've always been upfront and don't disappear when the going gets tough like some reps obviously do.

But, your casino is sub-standard when compared to the best, solved. :p

Half a year ago i closed my Account at Energy after many years being a VIP there.
im happy to see that you now desperately looking for new customers.

Notice they had to set up a new thread to offer their 30 10p spins. Maybe @maxd could merge so people could get the full picture of customer experience before signing up

Thanks for your feedback @andym, we hope you are doing well!
We decided to launch this exclusive for CM due to our longstanding relationship with this valuable and highly reputable forum. Rest assured we are not desperately looking for new customers as you delineated, but we would love to welcome new ones with this small but appealing offer.

Please feel free to PM me should you want to discuss your reason for closure.

3Eur total worth FreeSpins with a max withdraw of 100Eur wont help you to find really new customers i think.
But anyway: best of luck wherever your strategy will lead you to.
We are done - and you already know exactly my reasons for closure...
