Crikey, it got a bit heated here, didn't it?

I don't like the low-RTP games, so I don't play them.

On bonuses however - some more regular no-deposit free spins offers would be nice. The likes of L&L offer them quite regularly, and while I'm unlikely to cash out from them (they're usually 10/20p spins), the do tend to keep me on the site and I'm more likely to deposit there as a result.

Also, bonuses where you want a minimum deposit to qualify - no ta. Your overall minimum deposit is a tenner, so that should be the default for most bonuses as well.

Sometimes the playing time from those bonuses makes it all worthwhile for me, regardless of the outcome.

I wonder though if it's somewhat subjective, cash matters more, bonus money doesn't, which might skew the way I play or create a different feel.

as the wagering is only 15x

But whats not subjective is the amount of bonus rounds that land when playing with bonus money in regards to raw cash. Even larger base game wins which would enable the longer gameplay time. Don't look for trees when your staring through the forest ?

Your 100% reload bonus is really great but stack with 1 game only, why?

3 business days for withdrawl is unacceptable,so if i make withdrawl on Friday i will have the money on Wednesday?

For me most important thing is fast cashouts thats the reason i play in 2 casinos where their cashouts are instant.

I self-excluded from Energy, some years ago. Although that exclusion ended a while ago.
In the spirit of this thread, Energy trying to reconnect with the CM community, I decided to reopen my account last week, to give them another go.

After chatting to one of the CS agents, and finally convincing her that I didn't exclude for gambling problems.
I was told to ring a certain number at 10:20pm, when they would 'open a line' for my call.
What's that all about? Don't they allow their customers to call them (unless they have an 'appointment')?
Can THEY not call the customer?

Anyway, I duly rang at 10:20 to be met with a recorded message saying 'this line is not accepting incoming calls at the moment' (or words to that effect)
I tried several times over the next 10 minutes. But just got the same message.

30 minutes later I received an email telling me to contact them to schedule another call.

Sorry, but I'm not that bothered about reopening my account.

joined energy on sunday deposited £200took welcome bonus went to play and only £150. because i took £25 bonus they locked £50.so played and then went onto the game to play bonus and its the only game you can plat till playthrough is done max bet £5, now luckily i noticed when increasing bet it went 1,2,3,4,6 so if i thought i was playing 5 it would have been,but i noticed it and went down to £4.made the playthrough and withdrew £500 which went into my account on wednesday. deposited another £100 (no bonus taken) on tuesday had some good wins and withdrew £750 and they took £4 something as a charge.i left myself £200 to play. now i have had the question wheres your money coming from and withdrawal is still in pending till docs supplied, but let me deposit £200 today.i am thinking of telling them my money comes from you deposited and won.so now i might not be depositing again.

Why only MG games?
They have good games, but thats still not so great.

It works now, but sadly i could only play 2 games with the bonus.
Managed 168 spins (1Euro/spin) before it crashed and the highest win was x4... :what:

You should change the bonus rules texting atleast so its clearer.

Honestly, I don't like that neither and will try my best to diversify the range of games for this promotion, or a similar one.

@MarcoEnergy - Can I just give you my feedback which I expect to not make any difference as 99.99% of the time people give casinos feedback nothing ever gets changed or made better for the issues that we give you.

So basically I used to play at Energy Casino a few years ago on and off, I mainly taken loads of those match bonuses sometimes they was 100% and other times they was 50%. I did do a lot of deposits as well and also deposits without bonuses as well. But slot choice back then was not that great either.

But the reasons I stopped playing their are these very reasons.

1:> Live Chat is not 24 hours!
2:> Slot choice was not great!
3:> This is the main issue that was my number 1 reason why I stopped. Withdraw times are a disgrace...... upto 3 days is just not good enough for ewallets. (Live Chat always said the same standard sentences like I have saw you do the same since you started this thread. You come here saying you will be starting a new relationship and wanting to make things better. Well from your responses so far all I see is the same standard reply responses.)

I appreciate that you are here and I am happy to see you are wanting to make a presence on CM but you are competing in a crowded market already and there is already a few other reps in other groups who are already proved to be great and go out of their way to give honest direct replies and are actually talking human and not talking with standard replies and repeated soundbites. That aside I appreciate all the work every rep does for the casinos they work for.

But can I ask you this? Why on earth do you still not have 24 live chat? and also why on earth have you also not implemented an automatic withdraw system that around 50% of online casinos now actually do have in place. What they do is they basically automatically process and pay the withdraw within 10 minutes of it being requested. That means when the departments that deal with payments are not in the office that those withdraws will get processed. Most casinos now have them in place for ALL ewallet withdrawals but VS have them in place for other methods as well.

Then on a last note. I am not sure as I have not checked but have you got paypal now? If not can you let me know if you plan on adding paypal as a deposit and withdraw method.

That will not mean I will run back to Energy Casino. Because the other issues still are the same. So if you improve or implement a automatic withdraw system and get live chat to be 24 hours and then add paypal. Then and only then you may see me again in the future. :)

I will just respond to the last part you said about withdraw times. So how can some casinos have automatic withdraw systems in place already and have done so for over a year in some cases a few years? AI does not really have much to do with automatic systems. AI at the end of the day is still code just like any system would be too.

VideoSlots casino as an example have had an automatic withdraw system in place for at least 2+ years. So it does not matter whan you play or what time of day or night it is the withdraws will be done within 10 minutes automatically. Very rarely sometimes they do not get done automatically and the automatic systems pick randomly some withdraws or if they trigger some other checking system they have in place so they have to then be manually checked!

Sky Vegas have had a system in place too for a long time too. Rizk Casino also have a automatic withdraw system! Many others as well. the 50% was just a total guestimate. I only now play at a handful of casinos (budget dependence of course) So I can not give an accurate % of how many casinos have such systems in place.

So I do not understand why you give this such a response saying you can not implement such a system but yet other casinos have already done so?

Also why would this need to be discussed in private? There is no need to discuss such things privately as it is merely something that is a good thing for casinos to implement. It means faster instant withdraws for players which will result in happier players being loyal and keep coming back to your casino. The longer it is you keep coming up with excuses saying you can not do this or you can not do that will just mean players or X players will never ever come back to your casino until such a time these simple changes actually change. I mean look there is now thousands and thousands of online casinos to choose from. So we are spoilt for choice as it is. And most punters will stick to the casinos that tick X number of boxes for certain reasons why they keep loyal to a certain casino etc etc. My main 3 are: Instant withdraws, 24 hour live chat, Huge slot choice, Then loyalty bonuses come last as a 4th. But I do not seek any bonuses anymore like I used to. I play with straight deposits now at all the casinos I now play at.

Well actually all you need to do is either ask your coders who work for your casino if they can create such a system? Or you could hire some new coders who have experience in creating such systems for other casinos already. Or you could just attend those events (Covid permitting of course) And try and see if you can speak to other casinos and ask them how they have implemented the system? Maybe they will be happy to discuss it or maybe they will not lol. I would say the latter is not even gonna be an option as you are all competition for each other. Why would 1 casino help another 1 out hahaha.

So yeah I will not be coming back to Energy Casino unfortunately until I see you have implemented and made those changes I stated.

I find this all bizarre, energy has been around since 2013, nearly 10 years. They would know all of this.
 
Unibet does instant withdrawals,Leo Vegas,even the Gamesys brand do instant withdrawals to both ewallets and debit cards as well as the many other sites already mentioned. Any casino,not just Energy,needs to match these sites if they really want to get punters back to using their casino.

Well I stopped playing at LeoVegas about a year and half ago because they just went downhill badly and live chat became basically useless and unhelpful and they also taken on average an hour to find an agent to speak too. They also stopped allowing agents to ask the payments department to push a withdraw too. So they told me in live chat that they no longer allow their players to request their withdraws to be pushed.

So unless they implemented the instant withdraws the last year and half after I left then I would not have known they implemented such a system. That alone though does not really entice me back to playing their. Their site still looks the same and they STILL have NOT added a provider filter so you can find slots by provider only. This also was one of my pet hates with their site as a whole too.

On top of that, I was also not able to get any promo emails either which I did raise in threads at that time on here too.

LeoVegas although they used to be one of my fav casinos they just went totally downhill and they just do not update the website and make it more user friendly and easier to find slots.

That's an interesting point @johnnymcc1966 - Yet I worked at one these operators and I have to object that is not totally correct based on experience. Yes they do have sophisticated systems in place, and yes they are on top of the game due to longer presence in the industry - But if you believe 100% of transactions are "instantly" approved, with all due respect, you will have to refresh your extracted sources. If you understand todays banking system, you will realize once a withdrawal is approved it passes through a number of financial ledgers/procedures in order to land on the designated e-wallet, acquiring/issuing bank, etc.

Based on that it is safe to say our withdrawals are also approved "instantly". But we tend to keep a realistic time frame which is why we always advise 3 banking days.

Not to mention the KYC factor, or withdrawals on weekends, which can alter the duration of such transactions to land.

That's an interesting point @johnnymcc1966 - Yet I worked at one these operators and I have to object that is not totally correct based on experience. Yes they do have sophisticated systems in place, and yes they are on top of the game due to longer presence in the industry - But if you believe 100% of transactions are "instantly" approved, with all due respect, you will have to refresh your extracted sources. If you understand todays banking system, you will realize once a withdrawal is approved it passes through a number of financial ledgers/procedures in order to land on the designated e-wallet, acquiring/issuing bank, etc.

Based on that it is safe to say our withdrawals are also approved "instantly". But we tend to keep a realistic time frame which is why we always advise 3 banking days.

Not to mention the KYC factor, or withdrawals on weekends, which can alter the duration of such transactions to land.

I am sorry Marco but I find that a bit out of line and a bit harsh response to be honest with ya, if a withdraw has been processed automatically at the casinos end then the status for that withdraw would then state so in your account history if you check in the transaction history section. Obviously each website will have a different design and layout and wording might be different.

But on the whole every casino does at least make this info available for all their players so they can see all transaction history info.

So given that above I said then as the withdraw has been processed automatically already within 1 minute of the request being initiated by the player then that would mean if they withdrew to an ewallet skrill/neteller/paypal/ecopays then that would mean you should also then receive it instantly or within 5 or 10 minutes afterwards. On some rare occasions or when ewallets have issues, this can be delayed but no longer than a few hours on average.

So if it is like you said and you have a system where your players withdraws are instantly approved or processed. Even if that withdraw was requested at 2AM in the morning when you have no payment department in the office. Then we should be able to see that in our account history or we would get an email to let us know the withdraw has been processed and approved. But then we still do not get the money until either 8 hours later or at worst case 3 days maximum timeframe in your case.

So that again contradicts your argument. Because if a withdraw has been processed, that means it has been PROCESSED? no? yes? Correct or not? So that would then mean the funds should have also been sent to the payment method as well and everyone knows ewallets are the fasted once they are processed at the casino end.

I can not even believe I am wasting my time even saying all this. You are obviously just trying to fob us all off somehow?

Anyway I really do think we are not going anywhere now because obviously you think you are right and we are all wrong. That never works for either party so it is just a losing battle on both sides of the argument. When in hindsight everyone can clearly see and actually knows how things work.

I am a dev myself and I know about coding and how coding works and what you can create with code. And when I say a dev I am talking about a website dev. I created and ran and owned many websites with complicated systems over the years. So I know what I am talking about.

And I also know that when a withdraw is processed. IT MEANS PROCESSED!

Unless "YOURS" or the casinos meaning of the word processed means something completely different!
