Hi everyone.

Be careful - EnergyCasino have a max win cap/limit of just 400euro on their *deposit bonus* promotions.

Prior to registering and depositing at any online platform, I always check the website's terms & conditions for mention of 'max winnings cap'.

Their 'Standard Bonus Terms and Conditions - Casino' consists of 3 sections: EnergySpins Bonus (their internal reward system), Deposit Bonuses, No-Deposit Bonuses.

DEPOSIT BONUS - *NO MENTION OF WINNINGS/WITHDRAWALS CAP*

After checking these T&C, I then made a deposit and took advantage of the welcome offer deposit bonus. I double checked the welcome offer's terms & conditions where again 'max winnings cap' was not mentioned.

  • So. Yesterday I deposited 20euro and attached a 50% up to 50euro deposit bonus -Energy Casino
  • I had a balance of 30euro (20 deposit, 10 bonus).
  • I didn't play my balance below 20euros (my deposit amount), therefore I didn't even use the bonus funds.
  • I ended up winning 7500euro. I checked the promotion's terms and conditions where it says '400 euro max win cap'.

While I do acknowledge that this term was clearly stated within the promotion internal terms & conditions, there is absolutely no mention of deposit bonus max win caps within the website's bonus terms & conditions.

Putting aside the fact that a mere 400euro win cap on a 50% deposit bonus up to 50euro is completely ludicrous, there should be mention of potential max winning caps on deposit bonuses in their main terms & condition.

Coming from someone who works in the industry and someone who is very careful checking the website's terms and conditions, this one hurts.

I would think, anyone reading those terms would assume that the max is only applicable to the bonus money
I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be allowed under UK regulations.
You won with your money (cash), not theirs (bonus).

Have you actually tried withdrawing?
A cap is usually only applied to the balance when wagering is compleated.

But Energy are famous for their unfair bonus rules

Important addition to my complaint:

Yesterday (22/10/22) at 9.41pm CET,I made 1 deposit at EnergyCasino of 20euro.

I made this deposit because of an email I received from EnergyCasino earlier that day advertising a 50% reload bonus. I received this e-mail at 6.15pm CET yesterday (22/10/22).

I checked the terms and conditions in the e-mail and there was no mention of a max win limit. I went to deposit the 20euro and activated the only 50% reload bonus available from the drop-down menu on the deposit page.

Thanks for your input. Upon completing the wagering, my balance went from 7600~ to 400.

I often take these bonuses and was never deterred by the £400 max cashout cos assumed that was on bonus money, but the bonus funds and cash or rolled up into a single balance at Energy, till wagering in complete or bonus cancelled.

If taking the full amount on the Wednesday 50% bonus, £100 deposit and £50 bonus, they're only really gifting you £133.33 if you get through the wagering as the rest was your balance anyway. And if like in your case you finish wagering with a big balnace then it's technically theft of £5,066 of your money.

I used to like the cash and bonus contributing to each spin, as it meant even down to the last stake spin you could still withdraw if hitting anything, but now see what a scam it is when max cashout is included. If you had cancelled the bonus just before competing wagering the £5,066 would have been 'your' cash. The fact you completed wagering meant they could remove all the balance down to £400, that's insane.

is not worth taking bonus it says 30x but it is 60x, coz they make u wager deposit and bonus

Well technically its 90x cos you're playing double the amount on your own deposit when it's 50% bonus.

I've never got through the wagering but have withdrawn my own deposit (+66% of the winnings) after cancelling the bonus a few times. I just take them for extra playtime.

I deposited more than 9000€ on energy casino in 3 months , i am VIP there , energy casino was my first choice , and best casino but from several months its the worst off the worst casino i ever played , oh with this 9000€ i won 600 ! And i am a member there more than 15 years ! But finally i find a good normal casino and energy is not going to see anymore my money !
