Every time I try and load a BTG or MG slot I get a 'game loading error, contact support' message. The slots don't even get as far as the loading screen. Anyone else play there and seen this nonsense? Been like it for 2 days at least now.

I know it's been escalated to our Casino Team as it seems to be an issue linked to a lot of our UK customer base.. I'm waiting for their feedback as we speak.

Yeah, well I got fed up with it - made a few 50 deposits over the last 3 days and every time found I have Netent and Novomatic with a few other brands, none of my favourites were available so I closed the a/c for 30 days, was the final straw when it happened again today. No point playing at a casino where half the advertised slots are unavailable for days on end.
