Hi I think you need to clarify what you mean about being VPN - Friendly on speaking to your live chat and asking if I can use a VPN from the UK i got the following response

"Hello! We cannot forbid you VPN using, though, we strongly do not recommend doing it. Especially when you would like to get access to the games that the provider set as unavailable for your region (the winnings gained from these games will become the subject to further confiscation). !"

And when I mentioned what was said in this post here on CM the reply was "Sorry, but we are not reliable for third parties."

so can I use a VPN at your casino and deposit with Crypto ?

thanks

Hi @Deeplay,

We allow the use of VPN. If there are any issues you can always PM and we will sort it out.
Important: avoid playering progressive jackpot games using VPN as then its up to the game provider to payout the winning and that can create problems wich are without our control.

Sorry, we should have mentioned that in my first post.

Best,

I think they mean progressive jackpot games. You should always avoid that when using VPN regardless of what site you play at.

So im good to go to sign up here through CM from the UK using my VPN ... ? I take it only options for deposts would be crypto when coming in from a VPN ? thanks for the reply

I am confused.

Your terms and conditions are pretty clear that players from the UK may not play real money games.

You also state that "Using VPN to bypass provider’s block is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings. "

Can you guarantee that if I sign up (reside in the UK), all of my winnings will get paid as the only way I can access your site is via VPN.

And what country do I select when signing up as the UK is not on the list of countries?

My thoughts exactly ;-) seems like the live support advise against VPN with no mention of progressive (which I never play offshore anyway)
and here told something else. Will wait to see what the rep replies with here ...

Also for @Dbet.team if it is OK to sign up from the UK with a VPN will I be subject to KYC ? - I dont care about SOW as I would never give it anyway personal choice but think these points need clarifying.

Hi,

Please see my answers below.

• We don’t have a UK license and that’s the reason for why you cannot select UK to play from.

• If you wish to avoid uploading KYC documents to the website all deposits and withdrawals need to be made via crypto.

• We will not confiscate winnings due to non completion of KYC. In those cases when customers don’t wish to share this information with us any remaining balance including winnings will be paid and account will be closed.

Best,
Dbet.team

Still confused.

You're saying we don't have to do KYC by using crypto but then go to say that if we don't do KYC the account will be closed?

Hi @shapesy,

The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 7,500 € per week and 15,000 € per month, unless otherwise specified in the Terms & Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino’s sole discretion.

However, from the 1st of October, we will change this to 30,000€ per week and 100,000€ per month.

Best,

I use a vpn & did a crypto deposit & now I want to withdraw via crypto for 150nz & it's been rejected.im playing from a restricted country .. Got an email from dbet saying I have to provide passport/ licence ID & a utility or bank statement b4 I can withdraw , I spoke to Phillip in live support & he said this is not a kyc but must b done b4 I can withdraw funds , can someone from dbet plz let me know what my other options might b ?? As stated in older posts I can proceed to withdraw without kyc but my acc will b closed is this correct ?? If not what other options do I have .

I am amazed that a so called reputable site allows a casino to openly say they are vpn friendly encouraging uk players to sign up. It's getting ridiculous now all this crypto pimping. Pure greed

100% agree with what you have written; but this has peaked my interest. If there is a casino operator who is activley allowing UK players to deposit (providing they do so in crypto only to avoid KYC) and they are backed by Casinomeister, then I would sign up and play there.

Why would you play there because it's listed as ok by this or any other site? You realise there is only one reason for advertising these sites right? All adults, can make you own choices if you want to risk crypto that's up to you. But to allow a site that is so obviously targeting players outside of those they are allowed to accept is just downright wrong imo

Agree (again lol) but the problem with a lot of crypto sites is that they are very clear on not playing with a VPN or have a caveat that if caught using one then they will not pay out etc. If one is actually saying that they are VPN friendly and they won't ever put you through KYC, then this is interesting to me. I can't play at any UK casino anymore (apart from 1, which I only use for very small slot deposits) due to account limits/jumping through constant hoops/can't get a high enough limit for deposits for table games etc.

Hi all,

Hope everything is great with you all. We just want to inform you guys that we now have updated our promotions to Daily Cashback wager free! On top of all the other promotions we offer. We would also love to hear your feedback on what are your favorite bonuses and promotions. :)

Best,
Dbet.team

Jesus, this is a funny thread. I still have no idea if you can or can't use a VPN or if you have to do KYC or you don't or if you can play from restricted countries or you can't.

Lol, why even take the risk if nothing's clear? I guess this is normal in today's world.
