Ice Casino has a new review up - you can check that out here: Ice Casino Review.

They allow BTC - have a massive amount of games, have fast withdrawals, but unfortunately they do not allow US or UK bets. They are currently in the Grey Zone but can be moved to the Neutral Zone once they have a casino rep here.

Bad cash-out rules. I wouldn't play here.

icecasino.com/en/terms-and-conditions:

8.15. For the players who successfully completed KYC check, a withdrawal amount from 5000 EUR to 29 999 EUR (or equivalent in your currency) will be approved by the Casino within the period of 5 mins — 96 hours, but not exceeding 14 working days from the date of the request, except for weekends and holidays. 8.16. 8.17. In cases when the amount of your withdrawal request (-s) including current account balance and lifetime withdrawals are at least 20 times larger than the total sum of your deposits, you may be limited to 5000 EUR (or equivalent in your currency) for withdrawal during 30 days. Please note, the time for money clearance may vary upon the payment method. Most payment providers, especially banks, do not process payments on weekends and public holidays.

On the other hand, at least the casino spells out most if not all of the conditions that might cause withdrawal delays. This underscores the importance of actually reading the T&Cs of any casino. Loads of players simply click "agree" and march on thinking they'll just read them later. :p

While I respect the transparency, those are some nasty terms.

I'll put the KYC one (8.11.4) aside because that's possibly coming from the Curacao regulatory changes.

There is a world of difference between "up to 48/96 hours" and "but not exceeding 5/14/30 working days" - potentially six weeks for a crypto withdrawal is crazy. It seems like the two need to be split out - the latter infers an audit or other investigation, but isn't a property of the withdrawal but of the account itself.

I would also question 8.17 as a straight trap - you deposit, you win big, your withdrawal request triggers 8.17 which can then cap you to €5000 per 30 days.

As always, the terms are there for a reason - it's possible they were written badly and need to be rephrased, or alternatively it shows the possible intent of the operator going forward.

Personal Review of VulkanVegas Casino - Casinomeister Forum

Funny. This is the same outfit as the one discussed in that thread from a while back where @Casinomeister was adamant they were scum of the earth. So which is it, rogues or potentially accredited?

Anyway, I've played at Ice too. Absolutely dreadful experience. Stay away!
Different but similarly named casino (and logo). That is the Vulkan24 Club in the rogue pit

VukanVegas, IceCasino, Hit n Spin, and Verde are from the same group. They all have bad site terms.
Nope - Vulcan Vegas is here: VulkanVegas

Yes, this was obvious all along. But also written somewhere here on the site, signed by you, is this: "Vulkan Vegas Casino’s prominent owners are known as Brivio Limited. Many online casinos that are part of the same online group also use fake/pirated software." so that's what makes it a bit strange you would suddenly welcome Ice - another Brivio outfit - into the warmth, but if they are good guys after all you probably should edit that old text. However, there were other sites making similar claims about Brivio too.

Back to IceCasino, beware that, in addition to horrendous customer service, eternally delayed kyc&payouts, low RTP slots, buggy site, etc., they will also offer such practices as outright refusing to close your account when you request it but rather counter it with free bonuses and the likes. Classy outfit.
