Energy Casino closed my account! confiscating my money

Hello all,

I wanted to get some of you advised to not be robbed by Energy Casino. Few weeks ago I signed up for Energy Casino and deposited €150 which I lost. No issues. Yesterday I did another deposit of €800 and managed to have my account up to €5,000 and guess what? I was emailed asking for personal documents which I also provided everything (passport, card used, proof of address etc). Sometime after, they closed my account a few hours later confiscating my money saying the Terms were broken. So vague!!!!!! They are stealing my money!

I have never had a problem with this with any other casino and I'm a member of many (LVBet, Twin, 365, Betsson, PokerStars, etc).

Is there any rep for Energy Casino here? I'll go all the way to get my money as it’s mine by right. Commission, Authority, Lawyer, etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Attached is the email I got from them.

Thanks, maxd. I really appreciate it. Would you please tell me a reasonable time before opening a PAB? €5,000 is a considerable money and don't want to wait to much.

If you pinged the reps today they should reply within a day or two. If not then I'd say fire away with the PAB.

As someone who has processed well over 5000 player complaints in the last 15 years you can well believe me when I say I understand how you feel. On the bright side you're far from alone in this and if everything is legit we should be able to get you the help you need to see this resolved.

Few things you need to remember: it's not that simple to ban your account without any reason. You can always post your case to external company or association.

I hope that nobody gets angry because of my reply here . Energycasino is not anymore what it was so its hard to believe that they stil have such a high score on the casinomaister site . They got fined on 02.03.2023 with more then 1.1 million € because of operating without a license !! I confronted them with this ,and the answer you not belong to this country , don't wory about isn't an adequate answer !! If they didi this in the eu county bedside that every country in Europe has his own regulatory laws ,they are not legitimate anymore to me !

Hello, thank you for bringing this up. Can you provide a reference for this? It would be useful to know where this fine was given and under what authority.

FTR a $1M fine is barely more than pocket change for your average operator in the online casino business, individual players have been cheated out of more than this on a fair number of occasions.

With all due respect @diabownz please STFU regarding your PAB issue. Sorry to be blunt about it but you know the Rules because you've read them. Blabbing about your issue in public is only going to piss off the casino people and damage your PAB's chances of success.

In the unlikely event that the casino people refuse to discuss your issue and/or do nothing about it then the PAB will fail and you'll be free to post as you like about the matter. But let's cross that bridge when we get to it. For now ? please and thank you.

It looks like the fine is being appealed which is something that almost never happens with fines levied by the UKGC, for instance. I'd say the jury is still out on what exactly this all means insofar as Energy Casino being "not legitimate anymore". Obviously YMMV.
