Energy Casino closed my account! confiscating my money

It is a waste of effort, money and time to sue a casino, who's in their right kind off based of their own TOS.

There's plenty of (good) casino's here in Portugal.

You're right. It would be a waste of effort and money to sue a casino if I did something wrong, which I didn't.

I did NOT do anything illegal, such as:

i) coordinated my gaming activity with any other players;
ii) shared funding with other players;
iii) used a bot to automate my play;
iv) used someone's else payment method;
v) placed any bets while I had a bonus, etc

And the list goes on.

My documents are legit. I'm a real person. I played fair and thus, I believe that I should get my funds.

Energy is very poorly managed. If they were good at this, they would have talked to other Casinos. I mentioned already other websites on which I'm actively gambling. In the end, €5,000 is pocket change to them. However, they are losing much more than this.

I presented my case to many co-workers and friends, including my university, which easily reached over a hundred people. I have two great friends of mine who cancelled their accounts the week after. One of them is so rich, gambling over €10,000 per month. Also, I had two PhD professors who said it was a win-win case. They cannot close my account without further explanation or opening for discussion. This is theft, and this procedure was established under

The European claims are publicly available. Anyone could check. Probe Investments will be one of the few Casinos sued in Europe. Let's see if they realise what they would be losing.

If I personally was undertaking any such legal action the very last thing I would "personally" be doing at this point would be posting information about any legal case on an open forum. Neither would I be making any accusations or veiled threats in public so as not to interfere with any potential legal proceedings that may come in the future. But hey that's just me. Said casino has deep pockets and the reality is they wont be phased by such posts or situations especially if they feel they are on safe ground with the decision that was made.

And just to chime in, eCOGRA is pretty much on target 99% of the time. It's pretty rare that they make bad calls. And saying that they are in the casinos' pockets is pretty far from the truth. I was one of their original consultants when they were just getting started, and kept in touch with them for years later. So perhaps there is something that either the OP or the casino is not telling us. Either way - I guess we won't know until this is publicly litigated.

Yeah, fair comment. But we need to demystify legal actions. Just two people were discussing / asking for a specific demand. I'm not disclosing anything. Just mentioning I’ll until the end!

Exactly! This is exactly what I’m asking for.

The reason for closing my account. What the Casino is not telling me/us. You’ve got the point.

hit up a PAB if needed. Perhaps it helps out or not. But when casino's close accounts with no reason and there's usually a large withdrawal pending, well you can guess why.
