Why should this be - Loyalty points have been EARNED, they belong to the player, and they should have been given time to tidy up their affairs before having their accounts locked. They must have known about this for some while, yet pretended it was "technical issues" rather than advise players to place their loyalty points in the casino, and finish off any remaining WR should they so wish. After all, it was Intertops that took the risk of accepting these states despite the fact that most MG casinos didn't, and they made plenty of money for this.
Absolutely agreed VWM, and this isn't the first time this has happened with an MG casino. No warning given to players, even though the casino must have known what was going to happen. Some players would have known, if anyone had gotten to reading that thread I referenced earlier re: MG/Prima blocking banned state IP's.
This thread somewhat goes hand in hand with the one currently running in Non Bonus Issue complaints, although that is more related to non banned states still having their IP's blocked, dependent on what ISP they use.
Still, none of this explains why an MG casino was sending people to play at an RTG casino. Affiliated, an overzealous CS rep? How are Intertops and Jackpot Capital linked?
