Resolved Casinofriday's license is false, trouble for Finnish players

Hello and sorry for the late reply,

CasinoFriday Finland operates under the Curacao license, however, we hold both the Estonian and Curacao license.
As suggested we include the EE license in the footer for payment methods which is visible in all geos, while in the T&Cs it is clear that in Finland we operate under the Curacao license.

This was brought to us by a customer as misleading, due to this, as always we wanted to put the customer first and decided to remove the EE logo from our Finnish footer to reduce confusion for our Finnish customers. In no way did we intend to cause confusion or be seen as a site that is “scamming” our players, which is why we took this decision.

The fact that the site was only showing the EE license at the time of the screenshot was due to an honest mistake.
During internal maintenance the wrong footer was added and unfortunately we did not notice this immediately.

We are grateful to our loyal customers who brought this to our attention so we could address it.

Hopefully this brings more clarity as to why it is now removed.

Wow. This "honest mistake" regarding the Finnish players has been there about year or two.
When the information changed maybe few years ago we all thought that Friday for Finns is today under an Estonian license.

I must say that it is not a small mistake showing wrong license information for such a long time. And from a Finnish player's point of view, it really matters if you play with an EU license or outside the EU.

Yes you can say the T&C always apply and the right information has been found there.
But with legit casinos we have always relied purely on what is written about the license information at the bottom of the page.

I really hope that when you have sister site named Kanuuna there is right information and Finnish players there play under an Estonian license

Casinofriday's answer to the matter sounds unconvincing, honest and customer-respecting casinos don't accidentally put information about the wrong license on the front page, especially let them stay on the page for 2 years ?

I have not received an answer to my question about where casinofriday Casino can be played under an Estonian license when it is advertised.

I have tried to ask this same thing about their Finnish customer service, but I have not received an answer.

Usually Finns only speak if it's absolutely a must. And eloquence is not usually included.

"Please" is just a form of fake sincerity invented by the English speaking world

Ask a Finn what he thinks, and they will answer it. No time for chit-chat or small talk. But I've also heard some people use those kinds of methods in their rhetoric. I think they are called Swedes. Not sure if they really exist though.
