Videoslots blocked my account and took 1700 euros. I wrote a petition to the Madre regulator. The regulator reviewed my appeal for 2 months and requested comments from Videoslots, but Videoslots did not give any comments - they simply did not respond!
Two months later, the regulator ruled that the actions of the Videoslots are not legal and they must return my money. Videoslots still ignores everything and does not return the money !!

They are arrogant scammers. I do not know what to do, please advise)

Here is the regulator's solution:
"7. Decision

For the above reasons and the evidence presented, MADRE finds that the confiscation of the funds was unjustified. The Respondent shall either pay out any remaining funds in the player account or rescind the agreement with the player and void all bets, resulting in a repayment of any stakes offset against a seizing of any winnings and bonusses.

Next course of action would be to get a court approval then pay baliffs to go to there premises to retrieve your owed funds if they are ignoring governing bodies they won't ignore a knock on the door by justice but you will need to go higher then that guys for this to happen see what the gaming board say as

I have removed the word 'stole' from the title and replaced it with 'kept'. It's a more appropriate and less emotive word for the situation you describe. Thanks.

If a real regulator was involved VS would not ignore them . They are a solid casino who abide by the rules and are accredited here .

They have clear procedures for complaints and if you have followed them your complaint would have been addressed - maybe not with the result you were hoping for but addressed nonetheless.

Madre is defined as mother in Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. An example of madre is what you would call your mother if you were from Spain.

So .... are we saying that mum says give the money back, naughty VS ? :eek: :rolleyes:

@OP the decision was only made on Wednesday, I would give them another few days at least before you start calling them dishonest.

Also, a bit more detail wouldn't go amiss, the amount (which has a bearing on the outcome) and what actually happened.

So who is the ADR they use under the Malta license? I copied and pasted the stuff in italics from Videoslot's terms and conditions.
I'm not commenting on the validity of the claim as obviously the OP has missed a lot of detail out, but the ADR is most certainly real!

So the chances are the e mail is not real ! as I am sure VS know what a real one looks like !

The OP has made an email up, took the time to find the name of a legal person who actually works for the ADR (and not one that was easy to find), then posted in public, for which videoslots can just deny if not true? Why would anyone do that?

So what you are saying here is an accredited casino here can ignore the regulator for months at a time. Totally disregard what the regulator says they should do. How long would they seriously be accredited for if they did that.
