But to me I would rather play at a casino that I can use responsible gambling measures and feel confident that if I ever hit a life chaning amount I will get paid it than a casino that has no controls and you never know for sure if winnings will get paid .

I play at a Crypto casino that has all of that. I can set a deposit limited. I once excluded for 30 days (couldn't log in) and as a test after 15 days I asked them if they could enable my account again. The answer was a big fat no.

I will never get to life changing winning territory. I have had £5,000 withdawals processed within minutes.

Blame the UK Government for stupid rules such as no quick spin and no auto play, stupid pop up messages etc. that don't do anything, in my honest opinion, to aid responsible gambling.

If you look at some UGKC licensed casinos, you can hear horror stories about withdrawal problems (Casumo anybody!). The fact that UKGC licensed casinos are being fined by the UKGC demonstrates to me that they shouldn't jump on their high horses.

It’s not a hard limit, it’s a soft limit, meaning that it don’t trigger exactly on the same amount each time. So we can’t say that it is for example 300gbp as it will never trigger on same amount each time.

not sure way Pokerstars they dont make much problem of limits, they made it simple over 25 years old £5k limit pm, I had £5k limit since last year they never ask me for SOW or any Doc,
