Any update on this? I know Dan is not available now until the morning. But just wanted to ask ready for the morning
Hi Guys,
This is still being investigated by our Tech team as they have to manually check each spin.
@DreamRJ, you know I'm always available for you guys
Br,
Daniel.
I will indeed be closing my account.Despite their stellar reputation, there are plenty of other good casinos out there.Indeed, with everything that has blown up over the Source of Wealth requests,it might even prove to be a blessing in disguise. I share your sentiments about Dan,you get the impression that he gets thrown to the wolves whilst those much higher up the food chain make the decisions. To be fair, I think Videoslots could be magnanimous and just award you the £90, or not - to be honest thats upto them. What I think is VERY cheeky is this bit:
''false claims are not taken lightly'. LOL. Who the **** do you think you are? Just because it can't be proven it was hacked doesn't mean it wasn't either.
I'd not play there on the strength of that alone - couple that with the ransoming of withdrawals in return for their invasive AML checks (like you didn't pick that moment opportunistically) and lack of decent bonuses I don't get their popularity. All credit to poor old Dan the Rep though - you couldn't pay me enough to take the s**t he takes daily due to the guys above him acting like they do.

Hi davidsmith56,
I just wanted to inform you that I am still investigating this for you myself.
Br,
Daniel.
Ha I doubt it. He may be the cool young buck around these parts, but back in the office he's the resident whipping boy, make tea this, go to the shops that, clean the puke up in the women's toilets etcIn reality he probably pulls up with gold chains a big smile and an expensive car

Not sure exactly how long i have been a member as i play at a few online casinos but Videoslots is not one i use regularly. My best guess at deposits would probably be £2000-£2500 in the last couple of years (as an aside,i have never played any form of roulette anywhere,my preferred games are slots and blackjack). The disappearing balance was not even a deposit,it was a combination of weekend cashback and battle of the slots winnings.Having suffered a bereavement 17 days ago,i do not have the stomach at present for a long drawn out battle so as Dan has confirmed he is still investigating this for me,i will wait to see if he comes back with anything different to what i have already been told.Do you mind me asking how long you've been playing at VS/your current level?
If it's a long time and you're at a high level (plus the fact you're a senior member on here) and you're willing to close your account over this matter (and £90) - then that alone speaks volumes imho!?
If you are being truthful, as I personally believe you are, the false claims part is really adding insult to injury.
Each case should be investigated fully- on an individual level - playing patterns, history of deposit amount/times etc. The fact you had to change your password to log in is also bizarre to say the least and that in itself is worrying.
You could take this further than just closing your account...
This isn't a VS bash (poor Dan indeed!), just a general response to a quite worrying situation (from the info provided of course!)
It is extremely odd because these three live roulette bets are actually showing in my game history. However at the time they were made (00.45 hours) i was in bed.Them the next time i tried to login,i was getting an incorrect details message and had to reset my password. So i honestly have no idea what has gone on although i do always, without fail, log out of any casino account when i finish a session.I wouldn't be surprised if VS still are investigating this anyway since it really was odd what happened.
The thing is that if they admitted that something had happened then it could start a chain. Other players could lose their money in a similar way getting back to them the next day with a similar story, just because it's easy money involved.
It would also be to admit that someone easily could break in to someone elses account.
How that person would have been able to cash out if he had won though we'll never find out.

... black jack and wizard of gem (they just updated to a new version and god it's awful and buggy and just plain shit... who should i be ranting to playngo or vs for updating it? )
