Your Input Please Disgusted With Videoslots

Update.Videoslots have come back to me again today stating that they have found no evidence that my account was compromised. So the fact that a different IP address was used to make the bets in question is not sufficient despite the fact i only use one computer and no one else has access to that computer. So the fact that i was unable to log into my account after the bets were placed despite not having changed my username or password is also not significant. The fact that i had never played any form of roulette ever before at Videoslots but that i suddenly decided to make three live roulette bets in the early hours of the morning is not relevant (i concede that this last argument does not hold as much weight but i feel is still relevant). I wonder what evidence would have been needed to convince them that i am telling the truth.
Thank you to all the CM members who believed me and to those who thought i was attempting some kind of fraud,i would only say this.Is it really feasible that i would try to scam the casino which is generally regarded as the best out there and would i do it over just £96

To be fair, I think Videoslots could be magnanimous and just award you the £90, or not - to be honest thats upto them. What I think is VERY cheeky is this bit:

''false claims are not taken lightly'. LOL. Who the **** do you think you are? Just because it can't be proven it was hacked doesn't mean it wasn't either.

I'd not play there on the strength of that alone - couple that with the ransoming of withdrawals in return for their invasive AML checks (like you didn't pick that moment opportunistically) and lack of decent bonuses I don't get their popularity. All credit to poor old Dan the Rep though - you couldn't pay me enough to take the s**t he takes daily due to the guys above him acting like they do.

I will indeed be closing my account.Despite their stellar reputation, there are plenty of other good casinos out there.Indeed, with everything that has blown up over the Source of Wealth requests,it might even prove to be a blessing in disguise. I share your sentiments about Dan,you get the impression that he gets thrown to the wolves whilst those much higher up the food chain make the decisions.

Do you mind me asking how long you've been playing at VS/your current level?

If it's a long time and you're at a high level (plus the fact you're a senior member on here) and you're willing to close your account over this matter (and £90) - then that alone speaks volumes imho!?

If you are being truthful, as I personally believe you are, the false claims part is really adding insult to injury.

Each case should be investigated fully- on an individual level - playing patterns, history of deposit amount/times etc. The fact you had to change your password to log in is also bizarre to say the least and that in itself is worrying.

You could take this further than just closing your account...

This isn't a VS bash (poor Dan indeed!), just a general response to a quite worrying situation (from the info provided of course!)

I wouldn't be surprised if VS still are investigating this anyway since it really was odd what happened.

The thing is that if they admitted that something had happened then it could start a chain. Other players could lose their money in a similar way getting back to them the next day with a similar story, just because it's easy money involved.

It would also be to admit that someone easily could break in to someone elses account.
How that person would have been able to cash out if he had won though we'll never find out.

Hi davidsmith56,

I just wanted to inform you that I am still investigating this for you myself.

Br,

Daniel.

We can always hope that whatever problem it was/is that it instead can be used to make the place even more secure than it already is. Then you can reward him instead.
No one wants to have any doubts in VS...except for the two guy's who got banned today of course :D

In reality he probably pulls up with gold chains a big smile and an expensive car

Ha I doubt it. He may be the cool young buck around these parts, but back in the office he's the resident whipping boy, make tea this, go to the shops that, clean the puke up in the women's toilets etc :eek::p

well similar happend to me at Betsafe couple of years back
i made a around $80 deposit, logged off then came back to play slots few hours later
when weird stuff happend my balance started jumping down 30 bux then up 40 then all of a sudden all was gone
i went onto live chat they closed the account and an hour later got a call were they found out someone else was logged in to my account?
so we changed email, user name and password there and then and they credited my account the 80 :)
all fixed within couple of hours. they wouldnt tell where that other bloke was logged in from though
but it would be dealt with.

Not sure exactly how long i have been a member as i play at a few online casinos but Videoslots is not one i use regularly. My best guess at deposits would probably be £2000-£2500 in the last couple of years (as an aside,i have never played any form of roulette anywhere,my preferred games are slots and blackjack). The disappearing balance was not even a deposit,it was a combination of weekend cashback and battle of the slots winnings.Having suffered a bereavement 17 days ago,i do not have the stomach at present for a long drawn out battle so as Dan has confirmed he is still investigating this for me,i will wait to see if he comes back with anything different to what i have already been told.

It is extremely odd because these three live roulette bets are actually showing in my game history. However at the time they were made (00.45 hours) i was in bed.Them the next time i tried to login,i was getting an incorrect details message and had to reset my password. So i honestly have no idea what has gone on although i do always, without fail, log out of any casino account when i finish a session.

(unless of course you've been laundering money for years, have been asked for Source of Wealth and need an escape plan  )

I'm very sorry to hear you've suffered a loss :( Trust that Dan will sort it and take care of you and yours in the meantime ❤️ xxx

Reply from Dan saying there is nothing more he can do so that is the end of the matter.Bye bye Videoslots.

well as for me.. vs responded like i thought they would.. "wait a few days for the deposit to bounce back into my account.. if not than call the bank blah blah blah"

im pretty sure the fault are either at vs or play n go end. i was playing that session for over a good hour before it just dissappeared with no trace what so ever. i still have my deposits in my bank statement with time stamp to prove it all... they just gonna take forever.. and in the end. i know vs will say it's my fault and i gotta deal with it.

mind u im level 169 at vs and i spend more than 50% since the beginning playing blackjack (not sure if black jack counts towards exp)....

anyways i shall keep on depositing and playing my usualy 2 favourite games... black jack and wizard of gem (they just updated to a new version and god it's awful and buggy and just plain shit... who should i be ranting to playngo or vs for updating it? )

That would be the provider - Play'n Go :) - Probably just the HTML 5 version of it.
