Coral - 1p's disappearing on slots!

Hi everyone please tell me im not going mad but on a few slots playing at coral in the uk i have found the odd 1p goes missing i know this as i always play at £2 stake so all wins are a multiple of 10p this has happened on beetlejuice megaways and reel king/santa king megaways.

if anyone else can test this and report their findings. i have just tested on 40p stake so all wins should be an even number and after 5-10 mins i have an odd number in my balance

obviously its only the odd 1p but how many 1ps are going missing from all the players?

i now have proof this has been happening a few times in a session twice today once on sant king megaways and once on reel king megaways see the video see the balance drop 1p from what it should be

i have contacted support today and sent them details of 3 game ids where it has happened and a screen shot plus the video link. it has happened on santa king megaways, reel king megaways centurion megaways and beetlejuice megaways to my knowledge so far. i know its only the odd 1p but if this is happening to everyone how much is going missing?

is there anyone else who can give it a try best way is play on 40p with an even number at the end of your balance as all wins should be a multiple of 2p so it will be easy to spot when the end number turns odd and shouldnt cost a lot usually withoin 10-20 wins

You should go into your game history, and look at the stake amounts, win amounts and balance after each one. If you can see them there then, go from there.

ive done that and the game log for the one in the video say £1 stake £9.19 return where it should say £9.20 i have sent that info to coral as well

I had the misfortune to be dealing with PartyCasino support last week. That ended in account closure as they are muppets, and that was over something simple.

theyve got back to me and offered me £10 goodwill. i replied saying thats fine but they really do need to look into whats going on as it happened another 4 times today. as i have said can someone else do a test to see if it affects them too?

I'd be happy with that. Try playing Bonanza, never mind 1p's disappearing from your balance, try £10's disappearing just as fast.......

I thought it didn't look right. Still would like someone else to check as if it does think about it . It happened to me 5 times within 30 mins X that by how many players are playing inspired or sg games at coral and it will add up

Bit more of an update for you. I've just witnessed it happen on an IGT slot (a wizzard of Oz themed one) on rocknrollas live stream he is playing at Ladbrokes so still GVC .

So it's not just me this does need investigation.

Haha just done it to him again on cashzuma .
There is definitely something fishy going on at GVC it seems like every so many spins that return something it snaffles 1p off. I'm going to do some more research myself this week and count how often it does it.

Just fine some "back of fags packet" maths it seems to be roughly 10p per hour that is going missing , now how many players are there signed up to coral/gala/Ladbrokes who could potentially be playing stocks at the same time. For instance if there were 5000 people playing that works out to £500 per hour going missing.

maybe look at why some casinos fund streamers with fake money, they charge on depots it or withdrawal, or maybe have rogue terms...
