Hello, can anyone help or advise me what to do?
I deposited and played £10 at Coral Casino to receive a £50 bonus. The bonus credited successfully and commenced play. My balance dropped to £48.20 when I got booted out from a game.
I was playing some weird slot with a diamond super game on £1 a spin, I stopped playing for a second to browse the help file, that’s when I got booted from the game.
Upon refreshing the balance had completely disappeared. I have checked the logs/game history and it tells me that my current balance is indeed £48.20.
I have been on to live chat a fair few times requesting them to look into this, each time they tell me to wait 24 hours for an email.
Each email I have received tells me I have exhausted the bonus balance, does this mean it was tired and fucked off? I know for a fact there’s obviously an error on their end for this to happen, but I’m getting no where with them!
