Question Vanishing bonus funds

Has anyone played at oddsring casino formerly Twin Casino and had a issue with disappearing funds mid game play. ?
Approximately 3days ago I was spinning the slots
(break da bank again respin) To be exact
with a $700 balance And right before my eyes my funds vanished like every last dollar and a message popped up saying not enough credit to make next spin I was shell shocked and approached live chat....the reason for my question Is because they said it was a problem that is effecting other players as well and it was getting sorted asap but here we are 3days later and still there is nothing they can report back on the matter... I'm wondering if it's a casino issue or a game provider issue as they mentioned assuming they are referring to Microgaming..
Since Twin become oddsring they have been having more and more problems..

Side note I'm fully verified. Have played for a number of years and have had mutiple prior withdrawals. As they were so limited on all they could tell me
 
Can't help but wonder if it was related to the game itself? respin game.. bonus funds... Assuming you were using the respin feature that could potentially break the bonus terms.

Wagering would of most definitely been completed by the time this had happend.

They mentioned it was a wide spread issue with other players also, but it just seems abit odd as if this is effecting mutiple players I would of thought it would of been looked into with a update by now.

If this was an issue with the casino receiving deposits, all stops would be pulled, and everything thrown at it to be fixed, yesterday.
 
I'm sorry I don't quite understand what you mean by that

If the casino's depositing methods were to stop working, the casino would be onto that like a flash, to get it working again. But when it comes to player issues, such as your credits-vanishing, 3 days later your still waiting for a reply and for your credits to be reinstated.

That's the simplest way I can explain what I meant to you ;)

As for the casino, what they are saying when I querie the issue is very vague and isnt matching up with what's been happening
(bugger all) since I reported the problem.
