I've only had one member elsewhere that didn't quite answer my question in regards to this casino.

This was a blind find. I've been hearing mixed opinions. I decided why not since they offered a 200% match. I played through it where the bonus balance was used first, lost all of that then I won on Solar Temple with the cash balance.

Now before I do this they were asking for verification documents, a pretty standard procedure to fulfill. My national ID was surprisingly rejected as most casinos will take it, then they later asked for a UK license which I don't reside in the UK. I explained that I resided in Canada and so the issue was reverted back. Skepticism remains.

Has anyone had experience with mad casino in terms of cashing out or are they a scam?

I had a similar situation with a couple of newer casinos where the verification process felt more complicated than it needed to be. I wouldn't call it a scam just because they ask for extra documents, but rejecting a normal ID and then requesting a UK license when you are based in Canada is definitely a strange one. I haven't personally cashed out from MadCasino, so I can't say how they handle withdrawals, but I would be careful and not deposit more until you know they are actually paying players. If you do manage to withdraw, would be interesting to hear how long the process takes and whether they give you any more issues with KYC.

They have some weird cash out rules , and weirdly a bunch of inactive closed trust pilot reviews . Now only one active with a suspicious amount of boiler plate amazing reviews, also various sites giving them a solid 5-6 / 10 reviews

Did they pay you out in the end ? As a fellow Canuck ur welcome to message me re decent places to play for , ( @Maaxx can’t. Remember the offical forum rules for randomly saying where to play ! ) Dm I can be honest ! And not get in trouble , I think !
