Coral/Ladbrokes Bank transfer withdrawal

Hi,

Looking for a bit of advice/insight, I withdrew some funds from my coral account on the 30th Jan 2021, this was approved and processed on the 1st Feb 2021. Was informed this would clear in my bank account within 2-4, the 4th day came up and nothing had been credited. I jumped on live chat and was told to give it one more day which I did, still nothing credited the next. Spoke to the payments team and they have sent the transfer details to pass to my bank for them search for the payment. The bank can not find a payment or see any incoming payment with the details Coral provided. I spoke to the payments team again who said they'll ask there payment processor to look into this. This was 24hrs ago and they are still waiting on a response from the payment processor.

Has any one had any situation like this before?

The payment was sent by IBAN.

Usually use buisness days so Monday to Friday give them the rest of this weeks is all you can do for now I’m afraid

so it was processed the 1st, you waited 5 days, so the on the 6th they told you they were chasing the payment processor up, and that was 5 days ago? It's only the 8th today?
Which bank is it? I think it comes in as an international transfer, I presume you had to give your IBAN number?

ok, you might find it bounces back, Revolut are a nightmare for getting casino transactions into, I've had them bounce back at two casinos, one being Coral. Keep checking your Coral account in case it just suddenly appears back on your balance, as they won't email to tell you :(

Thanks for the information, absolute nightmare situation I'm trying to deal with all 3 parties Coral/Revolut/PXP Financial(Coral's Payment Provider). Revolut have tried to trace/search for the payment with the details Coral has given me they say that no payment with them details has reached them or that they can see incoming. I asked PXP Financial to see if they could help as they have an online chat function, sent them the details Coral sent me they came back with "My team and I are finding it difficult to locate your transaction based on the information that you have provided". All you get from Coral is we are looking into to this, and have asked our Payments Provider to escalate this issue. I would just wait it out if it was £20 but £2k sitting some where and no one knowing where it is or even if its been sent, is a bit squeaky bum time.

Still waiting on a update from their payment provider, How long does it take to email, call or message someone and ask can you trace this payment and see what has went wrong. 3 days now from when they first escalate this issue to their Payments Provider.

The problem is, once they've approached their provider, they can't do much more than wait, same as you. Chances are the transaction will resolve itself back to source before you have an actual answer!

Still waiting on an update from Coral. No withdrawal has reached my bank account or returned to my Coral account. Withdrawal was approved and sent 1st Feb, so its now been 9-10 banking days.

Still nothing has cleared in my bank account, Coral have said their payment provider has came back to say there is no return/bounce of funds. My bank has came back with:

"As per our team stated, based on the details provided we are unfortunately not able to locate this payment , please try to trace it from the sending side. If there is nothing visible in our system it always means that the transaction did not even reach us so it is not possible to provide some reason regarding something that has never reflected the system"

Coral has told me they are requesting proof of payment from their bank which will take 5 working day's this was started Friday so hopefully hear something back by the end of the week.

Other than that £2,000 floating around somewhere.
