I dont really understand. How could a processing cost be incurred when the remaining balance is placed back into your account. Maybe a full disclosure of the facts is needed.

Hi Tomasi,

When players win and cashout such a huge amount of money as you have done we do deduct the processing costs from the payment.

This is covered in our terms and conditions, and it is only a tiny proportion of winnings that you have been paid.

Kind Regards
Tom

In this case it would be 65.55% withdrawlcosts, I would not call that 'tiny'..
:confused::confused:
There must be some kind of misunderstanding somewhere..

This makes it even more confusing. The processing fee should either be a flat sum eg $50 or a % say 3% of total withdrawal amount. The amount stated is neither. Furthermore, why is the balance placed back into the account.

I am surprised, given the facts stated by the Op, that Tom still chose to make a sweeping statement instead of giving more details. If the processing cost really is $1311 then the processing company is surely in for a windfall or do they share the spoils with CWC. If the amounts stated by the OP are incorrect just say so.

I wonder how you can be on the accredited list?

I don`t want you to mention how much money this player has won, but even if it is 1 000 000 $ that fee is too much.

Even if the T&C say so.

I think you have to change your T&C and pay those money back.

clubworldcasino processing cost 1311$

i made about 6000$ deposit and took about 20000$ withdrawal in 8 months, they have never took processing cost from the deposits and withdrawals.last time they took 1311$ for the whole amount i think,is this acceptable? i dont know so i asked help

If, and I repeat " IF " those are the real numbers than you are in the positive for about 14000....so you paid in fees circa 9.5% of your total past and present withdrawals.!!!
Is this normal?
I dont think so....

No comment on the rights or wrongs of this term, but to answer the question ios this "normal", that 9.5% is about spot on for Quicktender withdrawals and one would imagine this is similar to other processors. If I remember right, they charge the casinos 4.5% on deposits and 5% on cashouts.

Obviously the detail I can post about any player's account in a public forum is limited, but suffice to say the amount paid to the player was significantly more than $2,000 and the amount deducted was the % fee it cost us to make the payment.

There is no balance in the player's account as he has been paid in full.

Kind Regards
Tom

Agree but the players still have to pay an additional % to withdraw from the e-wallett tho.
I dont recall ever paying fees to the casino for a withdraw....maybe its just me.
Possibly is because of the country where the OP lives??

Did you ask why they took that specific amount?
What was the answer?

the amount deducted was the % fee it cost us to make the payment.

Was that fee on this payment only or did you find out recently that this player had cost you more than other players?

In my mind I think that the payments the player has received earlier is wrong to count afterwords.

It seems to be the case that you have now count al his deposits and withdrawals and deducted all that amount from his recent payment.

Even if it is in the T&C it`s wrong to do that.

If I have misunderstood I apologize!

Not the first time that ClubWorld has invoked this particular term. The last time was at Aladdin's Gold...only in that case, the player "claimed" that they were still down 8K, even after winning a substantial amount.

The player was advised to PAB, and the thread was never followed up on. Now I'm sort of curious what the outcome was. Did they PAB, and were they successful in recovering these fees?

I'm sorry, but this is just plain wrong. Win too much...and be "retroactively" charged for all previous transactions? Terms or no terms...it's a bullshit rule. JMO of course.

https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...ulating-large-fees-for-your-withdrawal.34475/

Tomasi, I think you need to PAB, and stop posting about it. BUT...I sure would like to know the outcome once it's all over. This is not the standard I personally expect an accredited casino to adhere to. Again, JMO.

I play in various casinos online since several years - using moneybookers and checks for cashouts - and I was never charged any cashout fee. If this becomes a common practice, then I cant figure how people can play online fighting the house edge plus covering the transaction fees when they are lucky enough to win. Regarding the fact that transfers from ewallets to a bank account are connected with additional expenses, I would say this is not acceptable from the players point of view.

Cheers Balky

I dont know if cost are or can be retroactive.!
Surely some of members here whom knows better will answer to your dilemma.

I cannot see how these costs can be applied retroactively. This is definitely rogue behavior. If there are charges for a current withdrawal so be it but to date back all charges is not even supported by the Terms and Conditions.

There has to be more to this than meets the eye. IMO it's wrong for a casino to charge a player processing costs, but then the vast majority of casinos don't do this and it would appear CWC have only done this twice (that we know of). It's certainly not normal, which is why I suspect that there is something else.

@Tomasi: I would submit a PAB on this problem if you feel that is appropriate and I can close this thread until such a time as it is resolved. Just say the word, but the longer a public issue is discussed the harder it can become to get a PAB resolution.

Point taken Simmo. The closure of this thread could lead to meaningful dialogue between the 2 parties. However, I believe CWC should come clean on the retroactive processing charges bit. Otherwise, every CWC player will be worried as to whether the charges will be applied in a large chunk the next time a withdrawal is initiated. That said, I havent been charged by this group even once yet.

Well Church you are screwed now!! As soon as the "manager" sees this he will belooking up your username, placing an asterik by it and as soon as you make a substantial withdrawal you get a lump sum fee charged LOL

not really a laughing matter but if I had a club wolrd account I would uninstall IMMEDIATELY As a matter of fact it scares me now to play online
