Club World: should they really be accredited?

My frustration is mounting again a little bit unfortunately. :(

Again today, I was given the useless email stating that my withdrawal was declined one week after my last cashout was approved. Of course, no reason was given. That is just so very irritating. My past experience prompts me to believe that now the cashier wont even look at it until midweek next week and then there is a high % chance I will just see it declined again then do this over and over until I get "lucky" enough to be paid.

I know that I probably seem bipolar as I keep complaining then when I was paid, I was saying clubworld is good. I really WANT them to be good. I WANT them to succeed. I am comfortable at their casinos and I liked them. This is severely straining my patience however and I don't know how much longer I will stay on their side of these issues. It is important, IMHO, to have a casino with each software to be accredited and a pillar that you never have to worry about (32 red for MG for example). I am hoping CW stays accredited but I would be surprised if they do unless something drastically changes. This cannot be how accredited casinos work or the word accredited just wont mean anything to me in the future.

C'mon clubworld!! your better than this.

In my opinion moving the entire thread to payment processing issues will make a lot of readers miss this topic. I think it is important. I would move just the posts about the processors and leave the rest in the complaints area.

This non-communication is unacceptable. Players must be informed of the reason their WD was declined.

I am so amazed at the different experiences various people are having with the Club World Casino Group. My experience has only been positive. In the past week, I have had 3 withdrawals from Club World each one processed the next business day.I will tell you that my practice is to follow my request for withdrawal with emails to support@clubworldcasinos.com and cashier@clubworldcasinos.com. Since I live in the Central Time Zone, I get up at 2:30 am to email both support and cashier just as they are arriving to work so that my request is right before them. Don't assume your documents are verified. Today, i attached another copy of my scanned verification form and a copy of my scanned driver's license and debit card to ensure my withdrawal request if possible could be processed. At the moment, I believe that the Paymycard Option is the best withdrawal method. Harrys99 is touting this method as the best withdrawal option, I agree. I also believe that being polite but straightforward in your request is best.

My last 3 or 4 paymycard w/d's were in my bank in 2 days. The one this week took one day longer due to the fed being closed on Monday.

IIRC the longest this method has ever taken since they first offered it was 5 business days for me.

I totally agree with your statement about being polite while also being diligent-it does wonders.

I have not had a chance to try out the OKpay method to withdraw-it could be faster yet-we will see.

..and you are in CANADA, and so should NOT be suffering because of the problems related to UIGEA. Club World is UK based, so it should be a straight forward processing from the UK to Canada.

It is this spread of the problems beyond the US that is worrying, along with their sheer persistence. There is an underlying problem that needs to be flushed out and properly addressed. One way to do this would be for those affected by these issues, particularly players outside of the US, to move to the PAB process at an earlier stage rather than accept that if you bug them enough they will eventually process the withdrawal. Under a PAB, Club World would have to supply case histories of exactly what went amiss in each case.

Looking from the outside, the spread to non US players bears some similarities to what happened at Rushmore when their own problems began affecting non US players so that they too waited weeks, if not months, for withdrawals.

It does not necessarily indicate rogue behaviour, but does show that a serious problem has been allowed to develop within the cashiers department at CWC, coupled with a seeming lack of urgency in taking the measures needed to solve it quickly, be that more staff, or changes in procedures.

There is a problem and they need to fix it. I don't know how many times or how many different ways this can be said. Personally I think most people have been very polite and patient because they want Clubworld to succeed.

I have never sent an email to one address, much less two to ask if my withdrawal will be processed at any casino and once my documents have been verified I see no reason to send them again unless the information on them has changed.

Once your documents have been verified there should be a very simple procedure to follow to make a withdrawal.

1. Click the withdrawal button.
2. Choose the amount you wish to withdraw.
3. Choose the method you wish to use for the withdrawal.
4. Wait.

If it doesn't arrive in a timely fashion it is entirely the casino's fault. The casino can blame the processor but I don't have an account with the processor. I have an account with the casino. And if a processor is known for stalling payments the casino should be checking that the payments have been sent. It shouldn't be up to the player to chase the casino around for the money.

I admire your tenacity pkate and you must be your own advocate. You do what you need to do!:)

That being said, I agree with skiny's opinion. You "shouldn't" have to jump through hoops. I know I have done it plenty of times myself.

Now im getting delays too. Used to be 24 hours but my last cash out has been 4 days and still processing

4 days is nothing compared to some of you but its def pff for me.

Again, a non US player (Canada) suffers a shift from the stated 24 hours to 4 days+ for no obvious reason. It is also not clear what has happened to Tom. Is it just a vacation, or has he moved on.

Maybe this could go to warnings section? I have same email to deny monies yesterday but no reasonings. I just go to cashier and request again as livechat doesn never understand why this is happening also. So it is waste of my time. It needs to be understood why this is happening and is there underlying issues that players should be aware?
Someone needs to respond to this thread as it is scary to know there is no comments from anyone other than unpaid players mostly.

also know I use neteller so no banking excuses will work in my case.

Make it formal, submit a PAB. This should get to the bottom of this in your case, and will be of help to other non-US players experiencing these delays. This is how you would have this "go to warnings section" were the PAB to reveal that Club World had no good reason for this level of performance. It is different for US players, where such delays often have a legitimate cause due to the nature of processing to the US.

I don't totally agree...

VWM,

While I do understand the delays with processing withdrawal to US players, I can't totally agree with the statement I made bold. You see, CWC's are not the only ones that use this processor. Other casinos do also, and they do not have any problems with this processor to get the US players their funds in the time stated on their website. So why is this group having so many problems?

Just like everyone else, I would hate to see this group fall from the top, but it appears, (to me atleast) that they could care less. How many times have they responded to this thread? How many posters are posting the same thing, getting declined withdrawals without any explinations, having withdrawals sit in the pending stage for over 2 days? That is the reason why I say the group needs to be re-evaluated. Maybe even put on probation... Things are NOT getting better.

Yeah it is great to see that SOME people are getting paid, albeit later than they should have been paid, but what about all the other players that are still waiting and waiting and no one has given them any answers? And we only know of the CM members, I am sure there are other players that are not members going through the same thing. The silence from this group does not help matters either. The more silent CWC, the more players are going to speculate....

I've pretty well stayed out of this till I got a feel for what players are experiencing. I have not had a WD from CW since easing back into playing online again last year.

Club World and players, please correct me if I'm wrong in any points...

1. We have players who, out of desperation?, set their alarms and get up in the wee hours of the morning/night to phone/email CW customer service or Cashier in hopes of actually getting a response to queries.

2. We have players whose withdrawals are declined (usually days after initial WD), sometimes more than once, with no explanation. Thus, players have to chase down instructions from CS ('just withdraw again'?), if they can get a response, as to what needs to be done to get the WD to 'approved' status.

3. We have players whose WD has been approved/processed after delays, but still have not received their monies weeks later -- most may be USA players, but many are not.

Now.... I am not into CW bashing. I've played there since they were brand spanking new and the USA facing casino was ClubUSA. I've not personally had a problem with their CS or payouts because I've not had a need for either one. I can't even speculate as to what's going wrong as the withdrawal process has been screwed up on so many different levels. Processor problems? Probably? But then what's going on with the delays paying players outside USA? Surely to goodness they're not using the same processor to USA and non USA players? Why the breakdown in communication to the players?

I've always thought of CW as one of the best in the business. But... right now... I couldn't recommend them to anyone.

no problems so far (knock on wood) sorry to hear about your problems...

in fact CWC is the only group i have been playing...one reason why i have joined this forum....to find out who the other legitimate casinos are....

That's great to hear. If you are from USA so much the better but if you are paid timely I wonder why others are experiencing problems. Personally I have no grudge against them as I was always paid timely by them (normally within 24 hours in the past.

I understand delays. Even with the best casinos, shit happens. I work for a living and I know from experience doing my own job, shit happens. If the delays are longer than you would like or more frequent than you would like then you move on. Find another casino or stop playing.

What I don't understand is the instruction to put in a new request for a denied withdrawal, not only with no explanation but with no instructions to change anything from the first withdrawal. A denial is a refusal to pay. If a player is refused a payment there must be a reason. Regardless of what that reason is, logic dictates that something must be changed for the problem to be rectified.

Apparently, from what I've gathered the response to some withdrawals are "Sorry, better luck next time." It certainly seems strange to me. I've heard of countless people being denied withdrawal requests from countless casinos but I've never heard of them being told just to try again without some piece of information that requires correction or some step in the process that wasn't followed correctly.

It's all about COMMUNICATION. That's all it takes. Maybe 30 seconds of time to reaffirm to the consumer/patron. Not that complicated. That's what makes this whole scenario so suspicious, skeptical and mysterious! No one is saying a word to defend, represent, whatever! :what:

I want to thank Club World for their Customer Service and Support. I was fortunate enough to win this weekend; Club World processed my withdrawal request promptly. I emailed the cashier at 12:30 am this morning and by 4:00am, the cashier's department had processed my withdrawal request. I elected to ask for my withdrawal by Courier Check given that the amount of the withdrawal was $2500. I expect to see the FED EX truck with a check in 7-10 days. THANK YOU CLUB WORLD.

Update on my withdraw. I received my tracking number today from Karolina, The Club World rep here on CM today 10-15. My check is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I requested it on 10-1 and it was approved on 10-3. Club World Cashier still never emailed me the tracking number as I was told MANY times they would, but thankfully Karolina was very attentive after I emailed her last week asking for help finding out when my check was due to arrive.

My check arrived today, a day earlier than scheduled. The check is dated 10-3 which is the day it was approved by the CW cashier. So the delay does seem to be with the processor and NOT CW. The processor did not mail the check until 10-11.
Thanks CW for getting me paid!
I still think they need to work on the declined withdrawls with no explanation and the time that the pending withdrawl sits in the cashier before being flushed. They just need to be more consistent.

I think hitting the thanks button isn't enough here. Thanks for sharing valuable information that helps us all Tooodoggs:thumbsup:

Happy for you that your withdrawal is received and resolved!
