Hi there everyone, I found this casino spinbuffalo.com through casinoguru. Because I trusted casino guru I deposit my first money with the exclusive Deposit bonus from casinoguru. After 1 week I managed to make withdrawals for 1200 Euros. But nothing happens. I verified my account. Just today I saw that this casino has not even a license. The support is saying it will be paid but with delay and the live chat says nothing interesting. I never thought that casino guru offers a exclusive Bonus for the customer into such a scam Casino. Someone has an idea what should I do?? The only Infos about this casino is that the website is owned and operated by Future Play LTD. Nothing more ! After I made my review on casinoguru about they're exclusive bonus and about this scam Casino, they deleted the bonus on their website haha. I made o official complain at casino guru and I made a complain at pragmatic play because they allow casinos without a license to use their games. Still need some help because I think casino guru will do nothing because they are involved.
You can't see in the screenshot the entire amount of my withdrawals, you can see just one withdrawal but not all of them. Really bad website interface I have to say. I can't even select which withdrawal I want to cancel if I want to do that.

sad to hear your story. casinoguru will promote this casino which pays the highest affiliate price. they did not care, if the casino is good or not.

if you have an open complaint on casinoguru, you need to wait for the result.
Dont open a second complaint with the same issue anywhere else.
if the casinoguru complaint is closed with bad result and casino still did not pay, you can open a PAB here.

So, as @StupidButLucky has said, you need to go through the process with Casino.guru first. If that is unsuccessful then you can come back here and submit a complaint (PAB) with Casinomeister.

It is also worth noting that Casino.guru promote over 5000 casinos, many of them rogue and unlicensed - so putting your trust in them is unwise. I would recommend you do more homework before you deposit large sums of money.

Spinbuffalo:

-Never heard of them until you posted this thread, that is an immediate red flag.
-Licensed where??? Looks like Cyprus from some dodgy looking statement related to arbitration in there T&C's, another red flag
- Accepting players from countries they are not licensed in - yet another red flag

They appear to be owned and operated by Future Play Ltd

There is a Future Play Ltd registered in the UK. Companies House has a "D T Merry" as the only active company representative" Look them up if you like, very easy with Google. I can't be 100% sure it is the same company though. Perhaps @mulven knows.

Records show a small amount of turnover at this company, therefore if it is the asame company then this is some sort of 'bedroom hobby' casino. Which possibly also means they have unlikely have money to pay customers that win.

Unfortunately all I know is that the company registered in the UK is unrelated and installs playgrounds.

They seem to be a single standalone site and aren't on the anjouan register and also have no tangible relation to any GCB applicant or Anjouan licence holder that I can see. I sometimes search specific sections of terms and conditions to find related sites that don't share the same company however they seem to have pulled their terms pages from dama sites and possibly elsewhere (24casino.net was what I checked, pretty much identical for most parts).

Casino Guru is not a curated list of casinos.
Casino Guru should not be used to find good sites.

Even when the site is actually a good one, the reviews are prone to being astroturfed and the index ratings can be inconsistent and arbitrary (an objectively really good site having a 7.9 whilst a pretty decent site has a 9.5-9.8 based on who knows what or probably a good affiliate relationship). The main thing I look at when using CG is the complaints section as you can see quickly what kind of precedent there is.

Their approach is to get every possible site they can find listed with information and an affiliate link set up. It's only use to me is whilst researching as it can give a quick indication of whether a site is really bad. They'll argue that listing every site allows the player to see which ones are bad and which are good and whilst there is some merit to that approach (and it has saved me plenty of time whilst doing research), it does still provide a path to arriving on these sites especially if the user is not paying attention. I think they only prevent clickthrough if the rating is REALLY bad (like below 3.0 or something).

The biggest weakness of the "everything" approach is unknown/new sites just get a "fresh" rating that is usually 5.5-7.5 based on a few variables as there are no reviews/complaints. I really don't think an unlicenced site should be getting a rating that high as it should be a very large demerit. The base rating should be more like 3.5 if there is no licence! That's the case here. Fresh site, no reviews, no complaints. To the average joe it looks "okay" based on the rating.

When I did my Anjouan Register sweep, a lot of sites were not on CG or any platform but many sites were still found there. Most of these had no reviews, no complaints, no discussion and as a result a middling rating. Other than the CG page these sites often had absolutely no footprint and could be just as bad as this scam site with the only difference being these ones have a crappy stamp licence.

When there are no complaints and no reviews, consensus and precedent cannot be seen and a medium rating combined with a blue colour do not encourage the player to exercise caution.

There is an active discussion tab and reviews/complaints are starting to appear so the rating - which is updated weekly - will start to drop, although it should never have started out that high. CG often put a bright red "this casino has no licence" warning so its very neglectful to not have had one on this site.

Now I have 6200 Euro withdrawals. I'm sure casino guru are receiving their bonus because of player deposits. Well see if I receive my winnings. If not I'm sure we can do something about it, at least about casino guru who had this exclusive Bonus trough their website. And how can pragmatic play allow to a casino without a license to use their games. All my wins are on their slots.
I made 2 minutes ago a new withdrawals for 4000 Euro.

Sadly Pragmatic have never been fussy as to which casinos they take commission from for supplying games. They were once TopGame after all! So don't be fooled by seeing their games present at any particular casino as an endorsement of proper conduct.

you should cashout all money you have from this casino and I guess its a very very bad idea continue placing bets there.
1. they dont pay 1200€, you think they pay 4000€?
2. You have an open complaint at casino guru.

casinoguru is not responsible for anything. casinoguru are affiliate partner with this casino, thats why you got this special promotion.

The funny thing what I realized or better say the curious thing is , in the last 7 days I hav at least 30x feature bonus on the fisherman games from pragmatic play on 2 Euro stake , 30x on 3 Euro and maybe 10 x times on 5 Euro. All this feature bonuses on licensed casinos. All the wins were like 45x 30x 20x. Only one was I think 119x.
In the last 12 months one time I reached the 10x round.
On the other side, on the not licensed casino , I reached 7 times 10x Round. And in 3 bonuses on 3 Euro stake I won more then in 30 Rounds on the licensed casinos.
I think that is curious, and the only explanation is, the wins on the "legal" ones are settled. Other explanation I couldn't found unfortunately. That could be a reason why I'll maybe quit playing slots. Not just on the unlicensed one I have problems with the withdrawals. At cashwin.com I made last Saturday a withdrawal 1000 Euros. They declined it twice, on Wednesday because documents were requested, even if I'm verified. Then I waited again 72 hours, on Saturday they declined again. They requested again a selfie:)). Anyway now I'm waiting again 72 hours, business days counts.
Even if the unlicensed casino is paying or not out, I will play there all that money just for fun because on the licensed one the fun is gone. Anyway I will be very happy if they do pay out, 6200 Euro is a lot of money and I still habe over 1000 available for playing. Maybe someone finds something about future play limited so I can contact them.
