Club World: should they really be accredited?

Well, I have a small withdrawal going to paymycard. I cashed out yesterday and imediately emailed support and asked that since it is "Wednesday" could they please push it through, so it would not sit in the cashier all weekend. I got a quick email back stating they would put in a request to the cashier.

We shall see how it goes..............

I want to thank Club World for their prompt processing of my cash out. I requested a withdraw on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 and they processed my withdraw today. I used the Paymycard option and was able to maximize my payout.

I recieved an e-mail a bit ago that says my withdrawal has been processed! Cool beans!

But, it also says allow up to 7 business days to see it in your account. That seems a bit long IMO.

I think that is just a standard disclaimer. Last week mine said 3-5 days and it got there in 2. I just had another one processed today too-so I guess we will see.

I requested a withdraw on Monday and this morning at 6:00 AM PST while the cashiers were in called because it still had not been flushed from my account today is Wednesday. Support told me that per the cashier they would process it tomorrow. I asked why tomorrow I was under the impression per there website
"We pride ourselves on our fast payments and endeavor to process all withdrawals by the next working day, withdrawals will be returned to the payment method used to fund the account wherever possible."
It would be processed today. The last time I had a withdraw it took over a week and me calling and calling to get it accomplished. I did not feel I should go through that again. I pleaded please just process the withdraw in a quick manor as advertised. Support put me on hold and spoke to the cashier and came back and said they were finished processing withdraws of pay my card for the day and it would be tomorrow.
I asked for a manager and was told there was not one available. I demanded one and I was placed on hold. A manager came on the line and listened to my complaint. He then placed me on hold and spoke to the cashier and came back with a resolution. The money was flushed from my account immediately and they processed the max amount of the withdraw they could for the day and will process the remaining tomorrow and next week. He apologized and was very kind and helpful. I really felt that he cared about my frustration. Now I just need to see of i truly get the funds soon as promised.
If you are having difficulties you need to call when the cashier is in and demand in a polite way of coarse that you get a resolution!
I do believe club world is one of the good guys. It just depends on who you talk to. You do have to be diligent and make sure you follow up

There is something very wrong with this, even if you did manage to extract a resolution.

It seems staff are instructed to lie to players who are trying to get things moving with their withdrawals. If they had "just finished processing ......for the day", then YOUR withdrawal should have been amongst them to start with as it was already well beyond the advertised timeframe. Either this was yet another lie, or they are deliberately holding back withdrawals that could be processed that day. This also contradicts the reps assertion that all withdrawals that can be processed each day WILL be processed that day as the process is that the cashier goes through the whole queue and picks out those that can be processed. Hence, if pay my card is being processed that day, and you have a pay my card withdrawal in the queue that has already gone past the pending stage, and is not more than your weekly allowance, it should have been processed in that run.

When you REALLY pile the pressure on, not only is a manager suddenly in, and on the line, but they are able to process another lot of pay my card withdrawals right there and then, even though they had supposedly just finished for the day.

If there IS the extra capacity and staffing available, as seems to be the case here, then there is another reason for this permanent backlog of withdrawals, and with so many non US players affected, it is not down to UIGEA.

They have the staff, they have the capacity, so what are they short of?

LOL they want us to reverse reverse reverse;)!!
You are spot on on your interpretation of the situation and that is EXACTLY what I was thinking when support told me they were done with pay my card processing for the day.
I wish that I did not have to go through that to get my withdraw processes or at the minimum flushed from my account. But the fact is I did. I will update when I receive the funds. It seems as if some CM players are reporting getting there withdraws processed without all the red tape i wen through so I am Hoping that things are on an upward swing

Day44....

Well, I faxed the cashier my bank statements, as they requested, yesterday, only to find the number that they provided was a non-fax number. So, I faxed them to the cashier number provided on their account verification application that I sent in and had approved months ago. I then sent the cashier an email yesterday to verify that they received my bank statements, which they are asking for to prove that the ach withdrawl never hit my account. I received no reply to this email the following day.

Then, I had a pm from the rep on this site today to fax the bank statements to the number I had already sent them to yesterday. There is a new rep here named karolina. I replied to her that this had been done yesterday and to please advise.

As far as you other players getting excited that your withdrawl was approved, you may want to wait awhile. My withdrawl was approved on August 30, the day after I made the withdrawl. In a conversation with clubworld that same day, I was told the ach funds would be in my account in 5-10 working days. Currently, we are at 44 days.

As I stated before, my other withdrawl was in my account within 3 weeks, but that included doc verification. On this withdrawl, my docs were already verified. It should not be this difficult.

Hmmm....sounds like the exact same problem I'm having with bovada, word for word...

It would be nice to see the CW rep be active on this site and post responses to all the complaints against CW in the forums for all to see. The previous rep seemed to make a habit of this and it gave your casino credibility, something CW could use right now.

There are many issues, not just in this thread, but in the entire forum about CW. How about some response?

update: I received one of my withdrawals via check yesterday. I tried to cash it at my bank but they said they wold have to put a hold on the check because they never heard of the bank.. I googled the banks name and found they had a branch down the street from my own bank and took the check there and they happily cashed it  I really didnt like the way my bank treated me.. the bank teller at my bank kept asking where I got this check from I'm like umm I sold some stuff online.. lol and she was like yeah we never heard of this bank so we will have to hold it for 10 days because its a high risk check.. whatever that means.

update on my first withdrawal.. that one is still stuck in ACH hell.. every few days I email the cashier to ask about a status and they said the ACH wasn't and hasn't been returned to them and they will put a trace on it.. thats pretty much the same response I've been getting for about 30 days now which is how long I've been waiting for that withdrawal.

Don't be shy to chase things up during the hours the cashier works. This morning I had not yet received my second payment, it was still sitting in pending. Livechat spoke with the cashier, and it was paid pretty much instantly to my Moneybookers.

Also, a withdrawal from Saturday's play at Manhattan Slots was also paid. Curiously, there was an automated email saying my withdrawal was declined, then one within a minute saying approved, and then a third saying paid, all within a two minutes span.

Wow thats a real pain. Now when they say it hasnt been returned, I am assuming they are saying that their processor hasnt notified them. I would have to say that the processor does all the ach transaction. The processor should get notified between 1-3 days that the transaction wasnt fowarded properly usually with decline of 1)invalid routing # 0r 2) invalid account #. Its really an easy process. Someone is stringing this along.

day 38....

The clubwold cashier has promised me that a tracer has been put out on my ach withdrawl. The rep on here has told me the same. That was late last week, so my guess is that they will string me along another 30 days. This really isn't that difficult, and I am wondering how this has gone on 38 days thus far.

I am not sure what a tracer is with an ACH. But I am very familiar with ACH and its a very simple process. You input the routing #, account #, account name. You press send, the bank you use to process the ACH debits your account and the ACH is sent. ACH's are normally transactions that are batched once a day with the bank. Normally you will see an ACH debit or credit right after midnight . This process is completely automated. If the ach is not processed there will be notification in 1-3 days. The notification is automated. You can look at your ACH reports and it will show any ACHs that were not credited. Again the report is updated once per day . There is nothing to trace.

I understand there are two parties involved, Clubworld & Processor. It sucks to try to figure out where the problem lies, but lets assume that Clubworld did try to send the ACH, the problem obviously lies with the processor. But at the same time Clubworld has been using ACH long enough that their finance team knows how the process works. Clubworld finance in no way shape or form be allowing the processor to play these games .

I guarantee you that if this was an ACH debit from your account to fund gambling and the ACH debit transaction was declined, they would be back to you within 3 days asking why you transaction failed.

I live chatted with support today to see if they could give me an update and I got the same response "we put a trace will get back to you when we know something" I said I was really tired of being told the same thing so I asked them point blank why they cant just cut me a check for my over due winnings and they can take the LOSS.. I would be willing to send them back the ACH if if ever reached my account if they would just cut the check and we could be done with all this bullshit already.

I'm not sure if this is funny or sad.

Well, I'm kinda glad I don't have some setup where I get each new email, I might have had a few seconds of panic.

This may or may not have been my first withdrawal from Manhattan Slots. When I won, I made sure to ask if they needed any docs, and to inform them I was verified with CWG.

The request for my card from Aladdin's was reasonable, it was a replacement this summer, and I hadn't requested a withdrawal since I started using it.

I think had I only dealt by email or live chat, things might not have gone as well as they have.

Cashiers work UK hours, and today looked like live chat could speak across a desk to them.

I'd be way less happy if it was over a month like balehead,

Processors that provide services to the US market are AFAIK are flouting the legislation passed in the US. They may be caught and confiscated, they may steal and run because they are "criminals" to begin with. They might just be slip shod, in chasing down stuff that goes awry.

But ulitimately the player's contract is with CWG, not with the processor CWG chose to use.

Odd, Bale, was check drawn on a US bank? I was told they were all written on Canadian banks, and therein lies the problem for me. Thanks for your help.

I am still waiting for the tracking number for my withdraw that was approved last Wed (requested last Monday). And also still waiting for the paymycard that was approved last Thursday.

Well, you can see that ClubWorld is aware of this thread, you can see their name at the bottom. So why the silence? I can tell you this, their silence come through loud and clear, and it is deafening.

But when you really think about it, what can they really say that we all haven't heard before? Sure they can come in and say "Sorry for the delay we are back logged at the moment", not that I would believe them atleast they aren't being silent.

I really think it is time that this group is re-evaluated, because paying select members and ignoring others is not right on any level. These complaints just keep coming and coming and this group makes the decisions to stay quiet. But how long can this keep going on? Waiting for tracking numbers, traces on ACH withdrawals and just plain ignoring withdrawals that are pending. Hell they aren't even processing withdrawals in the time frame THEY have written on their website.

It doesn't take long to fall from the top, and I honestly think this group is very close to falling. They chose to be quiet on all this, and give us the same lame ass excuses, they can't expect to stay on top that way.

Just my 2 cents.

LH

etc, etc.

FYI folks, discussing these processing issues necessitates moving (at least that part of) this to .. Processing Issues! :D So are you all fine with this being moved en masse? Or better to split the processing stuff off (assuming that's possible)?

It's your thread so a little feedback would be a good thing here: feel free to PM me in order to avoid a big fat derail.

I do not believe it to be a processer issue. It is the Casino that is responsible for paying me the money I won. They have no issue taking my deposit. And Other Casinos have no problems paying withdraws rapidly. I believe the thread to be about the fact that CWG is slow to pay and unless you call everyday and ask to speak to a manager when the cashier is in you will get nothing moving along with you withdraw.
Also they decline withdraws often with no explanation and then you have to contact them for an explanation and then wait another 48-72 hrs for it to be flushed after that happens.
Of coarse that is just MHO on the thread.

Maxd,

If it were just a US thing, then I'd say it needs to be moved in mass to the other thread. But it's not. It seems to be a all inclusive problem so I don't know what you need to do.

Just move it all. That way it can be discussed more opening, I think, and I don't think this thread is going away any time soon.
