Club World: should they really be accredited?

I think Club World needs to share some valuable information because this thread has been going on for weeks.

Voting with the "thanks" button, because those are sentiments.

Genuinely happy for those who got paid, but the hoops that have to be jumped through is time consuming and exhausting. Should never have to happen at an "accredited" establishment so damn often. Crap happens but CW has been consistently irregular for quite awhile now.

I agree with max1mike, vote with your feet.

I agree with you, but what do you think they are going to say? Surely, it will be the same lame excuse we have all heard over and over again. You know the "We are back logged" or "Processor Problems".

To those who have been paid, I am truly happy for you, but it should not have taken that long to be paid. I only wish it wasn't such a hassle for you guys.

Thanking people for their post of FINALLY being paid is great, BUT, it still doesn't answer anyones questions as to why it took so long or why they were declined in the first place. Until these questions are answered and answered truthfully, I still think they should be re-evaluated.

These are reasons for delays. I'm curious why people are denied payment for no reason.

And I mean literally no reason since they're told to try their withdrawal again but not told to change anything. Payment processors might delay payments but they don't deny payments. It's up to the casino to decide who gets paid and who doesn't.

I have been patiently waiting for a 2500.00 ach from clubworld. I have been promised by Karolina that a meeting with the processor was going to take place. I opened up a OKAYPAY acct. and forwarded that to them, which they placed on file. I have only been waiting since September 10,2012. This is past ridiculous. I have risen to call Club world very early morning hours several times and to my avail nothing broken promises. Can someone please help me. My patience is wearing really thin.... frustrated and hurt in Orlando, Fla.

I hesitate to say this but look into doing a PitchaBitch and let Maxd sort this out. This is getting a little upsetting that a good casino will turn a deaf ear to all having problems.

Some are getting paid quickly, other are waiting months. This is not acceptable for a casino the caliber of Club World.

Club World, if there is a major problem, then say so. Don't do like Rushmore and hide out hoping that people will quit posting about long waits for payment. This kind of action only leads to speculation and tarnishes your reputation.

I agree, Annie. I think this has gone on more than long enough -- even taking into consideration USA players. Every player deserves timely response from CS and/or the cashier as to delays.

There should be no need for players to get up in the middle of the night to phone a casino cashier simply to get some sort of sensible response regarding a withdrawal.

Cupcake, the PAB FAQ is HERE. Read it thoroughly. There's even a link to the PAB form in on that page, also.

(Max are you gonna hate me?) I would like to see anyone waiting more than 2 or 3 weeks (yes, even USA players) without clear answers as to what is going on with your withdrawal, WD declined multiple times without explanation, etc. read the PAB FAQ and abide by it, and if you're on the up and up, then PLEASE fill out the PAB form and send it to Maxd.
 
Loyal customers will accept and forgive processing problems and financial issues a lot longer than they will accept or forgive being ignored.

So I haven't been on this forum in a few months. After months and months of headaches at the beginning of the year regarding Rushmore withdrawals (which I eventually managed to get), I made a $100 deposit into Lucky Red. I took a Halloween bonus and managed to meet the playthrough requirements. I ended the evening withdrawing a little over $1000.

I read through some of the thread and decided to use PayMyCard. I was paid in a fairly quick amount of time using that method in June, so I figured I would try it again. Does that seem to be the best withdrawal method with this Casino group? Or should I have tried Courier Check? I've had a few lengthy withdrawal periods in the past, but I've never not gotten paid. I'll keep this thread updated with a time frame...if there is one. :)
 
This is going on strangely. How is no responses from casinomeister in addition to no responses from clubworld. Did not anyone read this long thread? How is not any comments by either? casinomeister must have opinion?
 
This thread is about 3 weeks old. I'm pretty sure if any valid reasons were available for all these denials someone would have given one by now.

I think you are correct. I would have thought that someone from CW would have come here and said something.

I just hate it that the casino group that has been my go-to for so long is sliding downhill with no reason given. As I have said, I haven't had any withdrawal problems but it's been a long while since I had a withdrawal. LOL! But I know me well enough to know that I wouldn't be as patient as some of you have been.
 
Strange that it may seem but the group now pays e-wallets on a Sunday. Lucky Red, Club World and All Star Slots. Yet they continue to not proactively communicate with their players let alone respond to this thread. The mind boggles.

Their silence has gone on for awhile now, and the thread gets longer and longer. God only knows how much longer they are going to stay silent. Only time will tell.

This is another example of poor communication. Tom was a well known and respected forum rep, and then he vanishes without explanation. Although we have a stand-in, it is one that is not as active as Tom was, and seems unwilling to post in the forum. We have not been told why Tom has been unavailable for a couple of weeks, and now it is starting to look like this is more than just him taking a holiday. Reps are supposed to let CM know in advance about any permanent changes, and even long breaks.

Lack of communication means players are experiencing a processing crisis, and the one person they knew could be relied upon to address such issues has simply vanished without explanation. If we don't get some clear information as to what is going on soon, players are going to start worrying that they are witnessing the start of the most spectacular "fall from grace" of the DECADE.

The REAL problem for CWC is the fact that this is very similar to how Rushmore eventually fell through the floor from accredited to "double rogued" in the space of a couple of years. So many players kept on depositing at Rushmore as they "always got paid in the end" no matter how long the delays were. Rushmore also went to ground rather than communicate clearly to players what the problems were. They then went fully rogue by LYING about the nature of the problems so that players would still keep on depositing.

Some private weather companies are saying the UK is in for another severe winter. This could be a godsend for CWC, as it will provide plausible excuses for payment delays till April:p


Currently, everyone can get to work, the banks are fully functional, so why the delays for NON US players?????

I hope I am wrong but if this continues we might see the day when a large cashout is not processed indefinitely for no special reason other than simply not paying.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the whole idea behind playing these accredited casinos that if you win you won't get screwed around when you try to make a withdrawal?

It's just my opinion but I think several denials without an explanation falls under that category.

And a two or three week old unanswered thread with several inquiries as to what the problem is doesn't help.

Has everyone in this thread been paid up to date?
 
As a US player i am getting tired of this new blame the processor approach to delaying payments, i mainly play at 3dice, always less than a week from withdrawal to receiving funds without exception, however i do enjoy some of the games at RTG casino's as well and usually end up waiting 3-4 days for the withdrawal to even be authorized plus another 2 + weeks to receive payment, not just CWC but several accredited RTG casino's.

If 3Dice can payout quickly to US players then so can RTG Casino's

I find this very very odd too.

I find it extremely weird there are a few long time members who post in every thread defending every casino but when something bad is said, they suddenly disappear and only re-appear in other threads trying to call out members.

Something needs to be done and no one is doing a thing.
 
What I find odd, is if you look at the names of the members who have viewed this thread at the bottom, you will see ALL REPS from CWC have read atleast some of this thread. NOT ONE OF THEM HAS COMMENTED ON ANYTHING!

Now on another forum Smackness has replied as a rep for this group, and read it, Martyn has read it, Clubworld and CWCGL have read it and not one of them replies? Could it be that the owners/upper levels of management have told them to be quiet?

Why they have chosen now to stay quiet is beyond me, but someone needs to step up here because their silence is not helping them at this point. I know each players case is different but they are similar in many ways also. The declines without reason, the e-mails stating to make the withdrawal again only to be declined again. The over used excuse "Processor Problems" and withdrawals being ignored, and now the silence from all Reps in this group.

Again, it leads to speculation of the worse kind, but no one seems to care at this group? C'mon Reps, you need to start defending yoursleves here, let us know what is going on because your silence is only hurting your casinos.

Today I was paid most of my withdrawals from these casinos Only the portion that I didn't cashout from one of the casinos went unpaid. I played them again with no bonus with smaillish numbers just to cashout again and test the waters. I still feel kinda like I was cheated on by a girlfriend or something. Just doesnt sit well but hopefully these small cashouts go well and we can move on with this group. Would still like to know WHY all of this happened\is happening.
