Today I got back my deposit only, shorting me well over 300 in bonus+winnings+comp points.

That'll tell us precisely whether or not CR intend to pay only the 10% or so who field complaints and hang on to the other 90%. If they refuse, post about it and THEN complain to Bryan.
That would be a very worthwhile exercise.

I've now manually adjusted your account so that your winnings will be paid to you. As you are aware on April 6th GBP60 was paid to you, and I've now added a withdrawal of GBP320.00 to your account so that the balance can be paid.
This amount will be sent via NETeller with our next outgoing batch of refunds.
