Yeah I know. But with the level of gameplay I won't last there long. So big UK bookies for me are the best bet, also Genesys don't put on my nerve.

I'm sure there are many casinos still vying for our custom, and so it's nice to see some still making an effort to engage. And a good rep can make all the difference in making the end-user experience enjoyable, so with the likes of Lottomart I can see great things going forward.

But ultimately for a simple, no-nonsense punt I'd always found Bet365 good, and as Justdoit mentions, they host the best RTP versions of games out, and have a decent enough portfolio of games etc

And as has been said, Bet365 winning this award would likely mean very little to the company as a whole. It'd be like Microsoft winning Best Windows Between 9 & 11 Award
