What group are these guys part of?

I made a small deposit yesterday, and then after playing it up a bit my account was locked for review.
They said I had to send in documents etc in order to play! So I did this, and now they say 48 hours.
I have never had a casino do this after I make a deposit.

Any one have any experience with this casino? I thought they were related to Treasure mile since the same platfom, but that group never did anything like this .

Update. they said the system locked it because I have a PO box. The first time they told me because it needed to be verified. That is Nuts! I have no mail delivery where I live so I have a po box. I have never had a problem anywhere else I have played. So I explain my situation, and they can not let me talk to an accounts person, so I keep getting generic emails. Lesson learned. Dont try strange new places.

So if they keep this locked, do I have to report to credit card to get my money back ? I am not just gonna give them my money.

Do you have the same PO Box on your ID? If your ID isn't good enough and they decide to close your account, they should refund your deposit.

I guess just wait and see what they say - if you've used the same address at TM (and this casino is related) it should be ok. I'm not familiar with the casino, it wouldn't be a Grand Prive would it?

I recieved an email freebie from them...and then they felt the need to call me and repeat the offer which I had already used. I do think they are Grand Prive, they are the only ones I have seen using that particular software. Hope it sorts out for you.

I got spammed by this casino the other day. Never heard of them

Until that. I looked around on their website and it just didn't look right. Absolutely no information about who they really are or where they are from. No Dispute resolution or "regulatory authority" mentioned.

I blocked them as junk mail and now it appears this was the right thing to do. Good luck with getting your money back.

I even sent more info with my address. But NOTHING. They never contact me as promised. I was told today, now Friday. This is nuts. When this is done, I am not playing there again. This is not even for a cash out. God forbid I needed to get that done. Sucks I had that deposit up to. What a waste. Stupid on their part, as I have been a player for 12 years and play very few places and play frequent.

They paid you finally? That's awesome! I'm not positive about the medals, it's some kind of bonus or comp system that awards a medal if you win a specific amount over your bet or hit a feature or some sort of achievement. Then once you have a bunch of medals you can convert them to cash or something. All the BetonSoft casinos have that.

I got this email from an affiliate saying that I had been chosen to receive 100 free spins on the new Bugsy Malone slot at Atlantis Gold. Yippee! Says I and off to download I go. Got casino downloaded, entered both codes, one bonus, one invitation code. Got my 100 free spins. WooHoo! Opened the slot and my 100 free spins were indeed there. Yep, 100 free spins at $.01 per line, one line at a time. Yes sir, I got $1.00 worth of free spins at $.01 per spin. I just had to laugh. I showed my greedy side and got bit for it. LOL!

As for the medals, they really aren't worth anything. I have medals from the Diamond down to the Blue and have never been able to redeem anything because they are only good during the promo that they run but you can get them anytime you play.

That's one of my frustrations. The problem is that these offers don't take an individual's average bet sizes/habits into account. The last one I had came to less than one spin on my usual bet size LOL. It's like the boy who cried "wolf" - after a few crappy low-ball ones I stopped looking and the emails just get deleted.

just curious as to if anyone has found out if they are tied in with any other group. I thought Betonsoft stopped taking new players from USA.....sounds like something is going on behind the scenes......

Nevermind, it was Lotus Asia I was thinking about.
Otherwise I dunno if there tied to anyone or not, I will agree though the initial offering was a bit slim for my standards. 100 Free spins at 1 line with 1 credit was a bit too lax for my taste. I would rather have had 10 spins at full lines than that offer.

Believe it or not, I actually won about $15 on this offer. Which still had a WR, but still, I was as surprised as anyone else about that. I think it was four Model T's with a Wild symbol, during the free spins. It was a while back, so I can't recall precisely.

Oh I would believe it, my only real issue is the fact that the same mail sorting facility that's processing Grand Prive Group, Treasure Mile Group, and Golden Lotus (also I believe to be Grand Prive) stuff. Are the same ones who solicited me the offer. So that's why I'm not really up for giving another new casino by Grand Prive a try. So far I've hit several times on Grand Casino Bay, and I'm not really interested in switching skins. Until my luck runs out. So as far as I can see, considering it's the same mailing company, it might be the same group soliciting you. Just under different skins. I hope I'm wrong and it's just a mailing partner for Bet On Soft, but who knows these days.
