Playjango -- no action on documents submitted and Live chat is a bot

Hi

Is there an active rep for this casino on the forum i have an 1800 euro win I am trying to withdraw they have asked for proof of funds which I have provided I have other documents as well but after over 48 hours it’s still just sat pending review.

Live chat is a bot and never a person I have sent 2 emails with no replies to either feel like I just getting totally blanked.

There were two reps -- Affilistars PlayJANGO and Affilistars - PlayJango -- but neither has been around in a while.

If you'd like us to look into this for you you're welcome to use the Player Arbitration (PAB) service. I know you've done that before but in case you've forgotten the process here's a guide to getting started with that: How to submit a Player Arbitration (PAB) Ticket - Casinomeister Forum

As ever, if you do proceed please ensure that you have read and will comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . Failure to comply with the rules could slow, damage or even cancel your PAB.

Cheers Max will see how it goes it’s part of skill on the net who I have never had any major problems with unfortunately the EJO rep who’s helped me out a lot does not rep from this particular one.

I will give it a few days and if needs be open a PAB hoping it’s not a huge problem as the other casinos in the group where happy enough with a payslip I have other proof I can use.
 
Fair enough, your call. Just to let you know though that I deal with the PlayOJO rep fairly frequently and he gets things done pretty quickly. Most issues are resolved within a day, if not sooner (which is usually the case).

He’s been brilliant but unfortunately does not cover these guys. If not had any contact in a couple of days I will raise a PAB.

Is ur balance still live and playable? If so then plse put the minimum limits on there while u get this sorted coz it sounds to me like they are trying to get u to play it back.

Yeah it’s on lock mate had a couple of emails but it’s really progressing sadly.
