PAB in progress Is PLAYAMO Credible? I just hit a $215k Massive Win

I have been playing off and on for years … I would consider me as a below average player in terms of level of play and worth to the site. Well earlier this week I was playing Sugar Rush 1000 betting $10 per spin triggered the bonus round and hit $215,798.00 life changing. The hit that everyone dreams of.
Now …. I had to resubmit all my documents of course ID , payment verification , proof of address etc… which I did and after a couple days was approved. All good.
I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Playamo for days now … vip host Stacey hasn’t replied and live support just keeps giving me to the text book cookie cutter replies. Apparently the site will only allow $4000 per day, $25,000 per week and $50,000 per month. When I won I requested the first $4000 and it still is pending. It’s been 3 days.
Here’s my questions for this forum..
1. Is Playamo Legitimate will they pay me?
2. Should it be taking this long to process a withdrawal ? Most other sites now are within hours.
3. Do sites change limits for major jackpot withdrawals ? Or have exceptions ?
4. Based on these current limits and the time frame of them processing withdrawals and lack of communication… this will take me over 6 months to get my money.

If anyone can please provide some insight or direction that’d be much appreciated.

Hey @canuckguy1983 congrats on the win by the way, that is some hit!

Unless I am mistaken, Playamo is part of the Dama Group. There are many threads on the forum referring to problems players have had with them.

  1. They are part of one of the biggest casino groups in the world, so its better to hit it here than some random dodgy casino! They still have a lot of complaints/issues but do resolve complaints a decent % of the time. Get that PAB in to maximise your chances!
  2. I'm not familiar with Dama too much but I have played on N1 Interactive sites which use the same softswiss platform (I think). Withdrawals from that group, once an account is in normal standing, post verification, usually take a few hours. Unless they need more documents and have neglected to tell you they definitely seem to be delaying! PAB PAB PAB
  3. You can find that information in the terms and conditions, just below where it mentions the 50k a month limit. All progressive jackpots winnings will be paid in full. Unfortunately as this was a non-progressive win, it doesn't get that benefit.
  4. Some casinos have exceptions for big wins above a certain amount however I could not find any for Playamo. The main thing is getting your money flowing back into your bank account, the time it will take matters less, especially if there is no way to increase those limits.
Get that PAB sent off (make sure to read and abide by the terms of it) and let max and gourd do the heavy lifting and help you get that money.

OK, PAB received and in progress. As the others have mentioned this is a Dama/Softswiss property and that bodes very, very well for a fair and decent outcome here.

Put it this way: I don’t play anymore but if I did and I hit a nice one like you have I would be happy for it to be on a Dama/ Softswiss property simply because I know from close on a decade of dealing with these guys that they run a very fair, very tight ship and they do not mess about.

It’s too early for guarantees but with Dama/Softswiss I know it will be a fair and proper conclusion.

UPDATE! PLAYAMO is legit. 🙏 Hey everyone Playamo just processed my first $4000 withdrawal of my $215k winning. As per their limits I can withdraw $4000 per day. It seems as if it’s just taking a few days to process my requests. I will keep everyone updated moving forward. Frustrating the lack of communication but they’re paying out which is honourable. They must be super busy. Appreciate everyone’s feedback.
 
Absolutely insane win! Hope you get every penny and take a nice break to enjoy the money. I envy you (but I'd be too scared to do $10 spins!).

I’m trying to reach out to Stacey to see what they can do for me. Based on their limits it’s going to take me almost 6 months to withdraw. Hope there’s something they can do
 
Does anybody know if theres a quicker way to get a hold of Playamo? i've been emailing Stacey but its taking 24 - 48 hours to hear back from her each time.... and the back and forth is just going super slow. I can appreciate that shes super busy as a vip host and probably has a roster of hundreds of players if not more. If anybody knows are a way to get a hold of anybody else at Playamo that'd be great. Wanting to see how I can negotiate different terms for my withdrawals so it doesnt take me 5 months. Thanks everyone.

Hey guys, I've been having some trouble with verification on playamo. I keep getting rejected for the proof of deposit document. I just tried to screenshot the most recent deposit but that didn't work. Any suggestions on what I should be uploading for it to get approved?

IIRC you will need to wait till you can provide a bank statement pdf or paper statement. Bank screenshots and interac receipt/emails werent enough.

When I lived in canada and played on softswiss sites, they wouldn't accept screenshots. My bank was CIBC and they did not provide me with a bank statement until the 3rd of the month after (or thereabouts) so I had to just sit on my hands until I got the pdf from cibc and then I was able to move along with verification.

Why wouldn't a PDF statement suffice?
