As for the PAB process. As said, only Max and Gourdfollower have access to any PAB tickets raised. None of the other forum staff are privy to this information.

@footloose definitely worth submitting a complaint with Max, the PAB team at Casinomeister have a very good track record.

Yep it's a great shame, would have got paid out immediately at l&l or lottomart, although they have little need to care about money as they are heavily subsidised by the huge number of subscribers to their exclusive content platforms.

We need more details. Mark made a fair point about edd/aml and own business. But such a request should never hit on a withdrawal request. Deposits should be a threshold, no withdrawals.

If deposits were a threshold as should, OP would not be in the dark as he/she/they/them/it is right now.

See guys even when you actually hit a jackpot which is lottery odds of actually hitting. The casinos always will try and find any rule or clause they can to void your winnings. Its really sad to see and I hope the user receives the whole jackpot amount and nothing else. Good Luck!

I'm sure if it's a legit win it will be paid. BetMGM need to be a lot better with their communication though. The same could be said for many others.

There ought to be some sort of formal procedure to follow when big wins are being verified, where the process is mapped out with the player 1-on-1 so they can follow the procedure and not get anxious when a few days of silence go by. It may be peanuts to the casino but to the player it's often a life-changing amount. They should be given someone they can contact directly to allay their fears.

Surely no casino wants this sort of negative attention when it can be properly managed?

Ok thank you. I have now submitted more documents to them…. SA302 Showing earnings from self employment. Debit card used for transactions, bank statements, passport, driving licencee etc etc.
It’s absolutely terrible how they are treating me.
On the history on the account tab it still says withdrawal approved but apparently there is no time scale as my account is now under review.
I’m awaiting a call back from them today, if nothing positive happens I will be clicking the button on here….. I’m just scared it will make things worse, which I’m sure you will understand.

Seriously, don’t be. I get that your instincts are telling you that but I’ve handled close on 10,000 complaints and casinos getting pissy because of a PAB almost never happens. Certain (rare) casinos do this but you would already know that from your previous dealings with them.

Ok so just an update… it’s now 3 weeks since the win, I have sent them driving licence, passport, bank statements, SA302 proving self employment…. They then wanted full tax return, which I sent and today they confirmed that all verification is complete and in line, BUT….. they have passed the file to the safer gambling team and locked my account!!
The withdrawal was showing as confirmed for the last couple of weeks but obviously now it’s disappeared and can’t log in.
Is it time to submit a PAB? As you know I was very worried about rocking the boat with them as I mentioned in an earlier post but I really feel they are not going to pay out. Lie after lie, which I have screenshots of and empty promises. I was promised the wire transfer was activated but it’s clearly not. Terrible minimal contact from them with generic no reply emails most of the time. I have screenshots of everything.
Is it time to proceed with the PAB or do I wait for the safer gambling team to maybe get in touch? Please advise.

IMO you should have submitted the PAB earlier. Will give them the kick up the backside they need and get those who can hopefully influence on board.
