Resolved All British Casino Withdrawal Not Processed

Good morning, I am currently having an issue with All British Casino and a withdrawal for £3,000.
I have provided everything they have requested of me, including enhanced due dilIgence checks and statements from my two bank accounts dated within the
past three months.

After supplying the bank statements this morning, I receive the following reply

Pleases note that these documents have been passed over to the verification team, and they will review them and get back to you accordingly.
The verification process can take up to 48 hours, however, we cannot give a solid time frame for the enhanced due diligence process at the moment due to a high influx of cases.

In regards to the withdrawal, unfortunately, we would not be able to process any withdrawals until both processes have concluded.

I have already been waiting 4 days for the withdrawal to be processed, I have provided everything they have asked and now they cannot provide any sort of timescale on processing my withdrawal? As a side note, I feel incredibly anxious about allowing the due diligence checks as they can access your account and spending etc but I did so probably against my better judgement. How do I revoke access once or if this check is completed?

Could someone also please contact LL who I believe is the rep on here for all british casinos.

Don't be, besides regulatory obligations, the aim is to protect you too. Responsible Gaming and AML team have a pending review on your account. Let me try to prioritize it.

Sorry took so long whitepuma, but there is a backlog unfortunately.
