Hey guys,
I know I haven't posted in awhile, but I just have been so irritated, that I was afraid if I posted something, I would say something I would regret. Anyway, saying nothing hasn't gotten me anywhere, so I guess it doesn't matter. I was wondering if anyone has had problems at this is vegas? I have lost over $15,000 in less than a month betting pennies on a machine. That's not the issue though. I have e-mailed support at least 12 times with absolutely no response at all. I get no comp points, no bonuses, nothing. I got a 5% cashback on my losses, which totaled $600. That's how much I lost, lol. I'm just so upset by all of this. I've talked to support, and all they tell me is that my e-mails have been sent to management. I can't even get a person to tell me why I get no promotions at all. I guess it's my fault for playing there, but they were always a good casino before. I've tried to tell them, I would have had between 300 and $400 by now in comp points alone, for all the wagering I have done. Nobody wants to talk to me. I haven't gotten one word from anybody there in 5 weeks. I know the machine is random, and has a high variance, but that's a lot for anyone to lose, betting pennies. I just can't believe, being the reputable casino that they are, that nobody even cares enough to give me one response to my e-mails. :confused:

This is just so unlike TIV in my opinion, whats going on with those folks over there now, no comps on that much playtime? I damn sure would be like you, pissed and upset, lets hope one of the reps from there will come on here and answer you question as id like to know about the comp issue myself.............laurie
 
Unanswered emails on comps is ridiculous. Have you tried live chat? At least they cant claim that they hadnt received your emails as you can always have the transcript.

The only issue I have with you Heidi is that you shouldnt shy away from posting these experiences:D. You can vent and we should know. Nobody can blame you for bringing this out into the open.
 
I've spoke with a rep on live chat almost every day. They tell me that there is nothing that they can do, the e-mails and live chat conversations have been forwarded to management, and they really can't understand why I haven't been contacted.

heidi: I can't imagine too many more customers being as loyal as I have been. I can't imagine too many people have lost over $15,000 in one month, and keep playing.

heidi: I really don't know what I'm expecting, I just though this is vegas would treat their players better.

heidi: My comp points have not changed since the end of June. I have had 852 points since then. I've wagered at least $30,000, and haven't gotten a single comp point, that's what my compliant is

heidi: I know, I should have like 30,000 to 40,000 comp points by now. I haven't gotten a single point in almost three months, and $15,000 in deposits
heidi: I get absolutely no rewards at all for being a loyal player

heidi: I don't cheat, have multiple accounts, abuse bonuses, i don't even get any bonuses to abuse, but anyway, just a depositing player, and this is how I'm treated. $15,000 betting pennies in one month, and nobody can even take two minutes to respond to me, and let me know why you are treating me so badly.

I apoligize if what I say next sounds mean or cruel, it is not intended that way but why in the world do you keep throwing money at them? Seems they are making it very clear that don't want to deal with you. You have a right to be pissed, but come on....you go back and spend another $500, that doesn't make any sense. :confused:
I'm sure they are more than happy to keep taking your $'s and it's your choice but $15,000 is a lot of pennies, well to me it is. :eek:
 
I wouldn't give them another dime. There are too many other places to play that would treat you so much better. What makes you stick with them? Look for another place off the accredited list. I wish you the best of luck wherever you play!

Slotocash may be the ONLY one I would put any money in to at this point.....the rest are clueless...IMO....
 
That was just about sorry, as far as customer support goes, i would have thought better of TIV.We have new Rival casinos springing up as fast as RTG casinos, seems to me TIV would want to keep loyal players happy and maintain their custom or atleast have the balls to answer a players emails, the comp issue still has me confused and i damn sure wouldnt let up on it one bit till its explained and fixed...........laurie

And I know it's absurd, and I shouldn't, but sometimes I just can't help myself. Stupid gambling addiction. That's just a lot of money to lose, and I figure, well eventually I should be able to win some of that back, you know? I don't expect anywhere near all of it, but some of it would be nice. It's just my stupid thought process I guess.

Heidisue, that is ALOT of money to lose in 1 month. I hope it is money you can afford to lose. If not, you should really take a hard look at your gambling. I wish you the best.

It is outrageous that you are not getting any response to your emails. Have you contacted their rep on this board? https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/.

Although I notice that they have not visited since March!! Still, some reps are notified by email of PMs here at CM.

As to no bonus offers, Rival is widely known for bonus banning players for having a win. But you should be receiving your comps.

I can no longer play at Rival (Canadian), but most of them are linked to each other. Slotocash is not, and I had nothing but good experiences with them. I would take my business to a casino that shows some appreciation for a loyal customer.

And if you believe that the games owe you something, well, same games there. Although that is a big gambler's fallacy. Each spin is independent of the other, with the exception of the UK style Fruit Machines or AWPs.

This is a glimpse of the TRUE COLOURS of the online casino business. WHY THE HELL would they even NEED to start enticing this player by offering promos and comps if they are happy to keep on coming back day in and day out with $500.

It is when this flow DRIES UP that they will see a significant loss, and after a spell of time, curiosity will get the better of them, and THEY will be the ones begging for a chat.

The lack of communication when we have 100% PROOF the issue has made it to the casino via live chat is VERY odd indeed. This CANNOT be a player suspected of fraud, or TIV would have locked the account DESPITE it generating $500 of revenue per day.

What simply does not add up here is that this constant lack of communications and loss of promos is almost EXCLUSIVELY reserved for players who are "under investigation", and usually for something pretty serious, as after $15,000 this player has shown VERY clearly that they are NOT just in it for the promos, but will likely play "in the spirit" of any promos offered.

Worse still, this is not just "any casino", it is TIV, once thought to be "top notch", and who would never dream of offering such poor support as this.


I have learned that you must NOT keep on playing when a casino puts you on the "special" list where you don't get the offers open to "every player", as if you do, the promos will probably NEVER return.

To illustrate this point. I have been "bonus banned" from a few casino, and have normally just uninstalled them.

This weekend, I got a letter in the post from Roxy Palace (bonus banned me for winning), and after YEARS of hearing nothing, I am (laughably) now a VIP, and am supposedly being GIVEN a free ticket to the Grand Slam FINAL, so YEARS of ZERO deposits, and I get VIP, but when I played for a while after the newsletters "must have got caught in my spam filters:rolleyes:" there was no sign that the promos would ever return.

Last month, it was the turn of Grand Privvy to try the sweet talk.


As for hoping a game will take a turn for the better, there is NO "stored money" in the game after however many losing session, so there is no "it must pay out soon".
Whether it pays is all down to random chance, and there is just as much chance it will pay out at a DIFFERENT casino than at the same one, even though it seems to have taken in so much.

Sorry been away for awhile. Just wanted to update you on the fact that this is vegas still doesn't want to give me any comp points. I finally got a "VIP" $50 bonus, but I guess my vip status isn't worthy of comp points still.

The $50 is insignifcant compared to all the comp points that were not accumulated for you. Keep on them to provide you with the comp points. I've seen players bonus banned with no further offers, but it sounds quirky to me that the comps aren't accumulating.
 
YOu know - they may NOT want to touch this account with a 10 foot pole...

Because if HER comp points are NOT accumulating - there is a software GLITCH - and people may NOT want to deal with it.

We aren't talking Player Loyalty or Bonuses here - we are talking COMP points that add up per deposit per spin - per 1000s of dollars played.

And if HER points aren't racking up - there has to be a reason.

Maybe bonuses being used? Then that would account for it until playthru wasn't met.

BUT - Comp points folks - should be moving up - and if she is playing and the comp points aren't moving - I'd WANNA KNOW WHY TOO.

Why haven't the reps or the managers dealt with the COMP issues?

Seriously - that is troublesome.
 
Unless it's a progressive or a casino with a strong financial background I doubt whether they will pay $500K in a week's time. As far as I know no RTGs or Rivals can do this. maybe a couple of MGs. I dont know.
