Start at the bottom to read my initial email to inetbet......I am still in the dark as to how someone with a 14 cent withdrawal amount....with no playthrough.... who uses a coupon for 90% ...then deposits ....then the match does not show up....then contact support....then get me the customer even more confuzzled.......then when the customer who deposits every week complains as they feel they have been ripped off.....support tells the cutomer "we will close your account" I was hurling insults"...like I said in my email I am shocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is it wiyj your attitude.
I politely explained to you twice the terms of the coupon you entered only for you to say you have been ripped off.
If you feel you have been ripped off we can close your account and you can play elsewhere.
Being a customer does not allow you to hurl inssults.

WOW "ok I won't bother" is this the way to treat a customer, I am totally shocked!!!!!!!!!

So I am a bother to you? well tough ...I am a paying customer who also got ripped of today, I am allowed to question that for sure.

Kind regards

Hi support, I am totally confused and upset...when I went to deposit today I had a WITHDRAWAL amount of 14 cents and no playthrough on the 14 cents ...so I entered a coupon it came up saying I had a 90% match on my next deposit so I went ahead and deposited and nothing showed up !

Have you been in my transaction history?

This happened to me last week and after contacting support it was fixed. I am very upset over this, as a player at inetbet I "KNOW" the rules and if I had a playthrough sitting on a measley 14cents I would have played it before I added a coupon.

I never said you got the bonus, I said you have to met a playthrough prior to it redeeming, when you hit the requirement tha coupon will redeem.

Dear Kim
The coupon has a playthrough that has to be met first, you have not reached this yet, that is why the coupon has not redeemed.
It clearly states the requirements on the coupon and the playthrough required..
At this time you are just under $150 short of this.
Kind regards
CSR Alan

Assuming that you posted all your emails back and forth, that is an example of a very rude CS person, really terrible CS and one who needs to use a spell check.

First of all I am sorry for the broken emails as it would not let me put it all in one posting...yes these are truthfully all the emails from this issue today i am so upset as I deposit there a lot and like to think i am a good customer

Even if I made an error ( and I don't think I did) my dismay is the the replies I got from support, I have not had a lot of money to play with in the past week or so ...so I thought I would use the birthday promos...this happened to me last week with a coupon but it was fixed with no negative overtones

The replies you received are inexcusable, I would think that management owes you a apology. Alan could use some CS training and if I were his supervisor, he'd be reprimanded.

I hope you are kidding..........right?
Surely that is not a standard response, especially when the customer was not being rude to them.

No, not kidding at all.

Find any iNetBet thread, and you will see. That's their standard response, "you don't like it here, go somewhere else".

I am totally shocked at the responses you received from Alan - he has never been anything but polite and helpful to me over the years.

Quite apart from the atrocious spelling and grammar, his tone and attitude was completely unacceptable.

On the other hand, I also believe the player did not read the terms carefully, as the 90% birthday coupons at Inetbet require the deposit to be wagered xx amount of times BEFORE the bonus is credited. These coupons were NOT instant match bonuses, and the terms were indeed clearly stated with the coupon on the website.

In this kind of case, it is never a good use of time to continue corresponding with Customer Service - just email the Manager and make a formal complaint.

It's funny I would come across this thread.
I just redeemed the 90% coupon at Inetbet. I then deposited $20.00 and nothing but the $20 deposit I made showed up. I couldn't find a phone number for them so I did a PM to the rep here. Haven't heard anything back yet. I don't understand why I wouldn't get it as I had no money in my account.

Reprimanded my ass...if that boy worked for me his ass would be fired first thing in the morning...I tell you the truth...INetBet is absolutely getting terrible at customer service or should I say "No Customer Service"...there's starting to be post after post and thread after thread on here about their customer service attitude and then some forum member states the facts on here and INetBet Promos comes on and the first thing they always have to say is "well you should contact CS instead of posting on the forum"...same standard response all the time...I'm really surprised that Emily has not come on the forum here and addressed this continuing issue of poor customer service...

NIFTY ty so much for clarifying the birthday bonus ...I had not idea I had to play my money twice before the bonus would activate SHEESH, I certainly did not read the bonus that way, I thought it was an instant match bonus....I wish now I had not added a bonus or deposited at all today ...as I could have used my precious deposit elsewhere.

Cheers Kim :0)

You won't find a phone number or live chat either one with them Deb because they don't have them and apparently don't want to step foot into the 21st century !!

I know I am changing this thread conversation :p I am so proud of the troops!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this was my sons first deployment and he will probably have 3 more this year because of what he does  I appreciate your feedback as I was so upset to be talked to in this manner and it justified my feeling that it was so wrong. cheers Kim.

I might be wrong but seems there was another thread that mentioned this Alan's person name and it mentioned how rude he was.
I will say that when Emily responds, she isn't rude or condescending but who ever the Inet promo person is could use a few lessons from her.

Just my opinion but if someone has a issue with a known casino that frequents the forum here, they should first give the casino in question a private PM or email and then if the response isn't satisfactory, then they can take it public if they desire.

That is not what happened in this case. They did contact the casino first and then they got that rude response from Alan.

Good idea bb28!
I have had only two issues with Inetbet in five years which Emily took care of very fast ............... just PM the rep and it's handled!

Before reading this thread I too deposited this weekend at iNetBet using the 90% birthday coupon and had to trade emails with them for an explanation (although I should have read through the T&C more carefully before using the coupon). I remember just seeing "20x" and not reading further for the additional 10x requirement. FWIW, my exchanges with iNet over this issue were prompt and professional although I would expect such a coupon from Virtual Group rather than iNet.

I apparently missed the point of the promotion: it's their birthday, not mine. :D:D

The thing is, a player shouldnt have to PM a casino rep here for something quite straightforward like coupon terms - these matters should be handled professionally and promptly by customer service.

In the actual matter of the bonus terms, the casino is quite correct in this case and the player was not 'ripped off' (and this was a harsh accusation anyway IMO).

I have to say Im still quite amazed at those emails ....it just isnt like the Alan Ive corresponded with for several years.

Need I say more. As usual, Rob has beaten me to it. They have a terrible perception where they like to sweep everything under the carpet but they forget that the carpet rots and smells.

Hi all, just a quick update ..I received an email in the early hours of the morning from support explaining the coupon I used and the T & C'S in a way I could understand ( not like the emails I was sent earlier)...I see from reading the posts that I wasn't the "ONLY" one that was confuzzled by these coupons:eek: I also might add as confused as I was and thought I was being ripped off there is no excuse for this kind of customer service & I have received no apology from support & I do not expect one!! . I will continue to deposit at inetbet as they "DO PAY OUT" but from now on I will not look as highly on thier customer support!!! also they need to get a phone line and get with the year 2008!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
