Is here any rep for Casinoheroes how could comment on this issue?

I faced interesting bonus wagering issue there:
Deposited 25€ and got 25€ bonus for it (balance was 0€ when I deposited). Played for a while and noticed at some point that there was almost 9000€ wagering left on wagering calculator. Wagering there is always 40x bonus amount.
I then contacted live chat to ask to fix this issue. Agent said that wagering "got accumulated from the previous bonus" I had take in the past. Asked him to fix that cause bonuses shouldnt work that way. Finally issue was fixed but agent said that it was fixed only for "one time exeption".

So this all is good to know for everyone if they really are using now this afterwager-system on bonuses. I hope not cause it has been very good place to play.
I also hope that this agent just had no clue what he was talking about.

Alot of the time live chat agents have nearly no clue what they are talking about and it can be frustrating. Was your balance zeroed before you deposited?

It does sound like either a dodgy bug/error or user error (depositing on top of a leftover bonus, although good sites tend to have a low threshold that automatically change to cash). Definitely won't be a new policy to have persistent wagering.
