Never thought I would head up a post that way but :what:

New rules (not advised to players) but told from support when I enquired about a withdrawal made on Sunday not showing as paid.

4 hour flushing now NOT available unless requested on each occasion

NO WEEKEND PAYMENTS

payments ONLY processed between 9 and 4pm Monday to Friday

Very disappointing as the fast payments, weekend processing and flushing (as well as good CS) were the items that distinguished 32red from other MCG casinos. It is also disappointing that such a major change in policy was not notified to players. Seems a very retrograde move to me

Yes, they did announce it on here, there's a whole thread you may want to read, and none are too happy either, same a syou:

Not castigated yet- but my apologies- I did actually search but only for threads started in the last week as I assumed this was new (I withdrew to a card last weekend so didn't notice the change).

I do notice int he other thread (now that I found it ) that some people seem to think the 1 hour flush no reverse is still going- according to CS this is not the case and you will have to request the flush each time.

Surely you know the difference between castigated and castrated lol.

Castigated is what I feel when I embark on a slots session. Castrated is what I invariably feel after the session.:)

Well, you know Nifty is getting up there in age. His eyes aren't what they used to be.
I understand how he would of mistaken castigated for castrated :p

Am I the only one to spot Nifty's deliberate play on words? ;)

Turn right, then right. then right again
Hmmm.. Maybe he meant because she's a woman, she can't get castigated because women are always right?
If not, please elaborate.

No way...I wouldn't have the BALLS to say something like that....the female members would have me castigated and upload it on YouTube.

:eek2:

Is this the beginning of the end of 32 Red's run as best casino at CM? First the downgrade of GRA as their licensing body now this drop off in their payout times. Who will be best next year? Redbet?

I got sick of asking for a flush and asked if they could reduce the time of the pending stage so I wouldn't have to come on chat and ask every time and they changed it for me so it only stays pending for one hour. This was just this past Friday. Maybe you could see if they will do that for you too?
The support guys have informed me you were querying the possibility of reducing the pending withdrawal period on your account to zero to prevent you having to ask for a flush every time. We can’t remove the pending period altogether, but for a loyal Club Rouge player like yourself I can reduce the pending time period to 1 hour for you if you feel that would help?

By the way I am not at all happy with the new pay out times either and the way they were explained to us kind of left a sour taste in my mouth as it came across as something you would expect to hear from well lets just say not the likes of 32red. It really benefits no one and is basically a kick in the teeth to all the ewallet users out there like myself. The people that withdraw by card have always had the choice to use an ewallet for faster payout, so to say they didn't want to send the message to card users they give preferential treatment to ewallet users is absurd. Anyway that's my view/rant about it. p.s sorry if this should of been posted in the other thread.

yess :( I always lost.I deposit many time maybe 100 and over (10 euro,25 euro,50 euro and 100 euro ) lost lost lost only I lost...
Yes, well that's what's supposed to happen at casinos, isn't it? :p

Seriously though, your posts don't give anywhere near enough information for anyone to give you a decent answer.
For example:
What game(s) were you playing?
Did you use bonuses (and so have WR to complete)?
What was your cash-out target as a factor of your deposit amount (e.g. 1.5 x deposit, 2 x deposit, or whatever)?
Were you ever significantly ahead, but didn't stop playing?

This all stems from 32Red deciding NOT to inform players directly of this change. They are only finding out when encountering it for the first time, so each weekend we are going to see a new thread as another player spots a problem with their withdrawal and gets the bombshell from CS.

The other problem is the search function does not support the kind of targeted search needed to weed out relevant posts from the thousands of irrelevant ones. A player would first have to guess the right keywords, and even then it would not necessarily be clear if any results were worth looking at. Further, the lack of announcement to players about this change means that a player encountering it for the first time will think it has just happened, so would be expecting any thread about it to be dated "past week" or "past month". This false premise would mean they would not identify the actual thread, which itself does not have a title that is obviously related to weekend payouts in particular.

Making the original thread a "sticky" might help, plus adding " - no more weekend payouts" to the title to make it obvious what the discussion is about.
