As I don't know if someone knows this Rival, I'd like to talk about their manners. A really good friends of mine has having many troubles for her 15000 or 17000 winnings (don't remember the exact amount)

They payed the first 2000 about 3 weeks ago, then she kept on playing, having some luck. But nobody's answering to her last cash out requests

What do you think about? have some experience?

How can I help her?

Sometimes I wonder that a casino can pay if has many players and depositors...(as 32 group, for example)
but if this casino has few gamblers, how can they found money for winners?

Apologize if I'm wrong:thumbsup:

Get her to sign-up to CasinoMeister and Pitch-A-Bitch!

I blacklisted this casino (and it's sister, Supreme Play) back in 2010 after what happened in this thread: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/21grand-casino-bonus-abuse.40328/

Since then they have changed owners (late 2011?) and opened a new casino. They also bought up and re-launched the previously closed Tradition Casino - the most rogue Rival EVER!
Sorry I can't actually help further because I don't work with this group.

I think a lot of the rival casinos are having processor problems right now.I have also been waiting for a withdrawl from sunset slots for over a month now:(I think 21 grand casino used to be vanguard casino.

You are half right!
Vanguard still is Vanguard, but 21 Grand used to be Gold Rock Casino, which in turn was originally launched on the Wizard Gaming software.
(Shame they didn't stay there..:()

I think these guys have financial problems not processor problems. They were wary of players getting big wins and at one stage pulled away the 'Scary Rich' slot due to its huge winnings potential.

She can't speak En
But it seems things are going in a good way. They're paying her about 4000 or 5000 in a month.

Thanks for your attention

I wouldnt class that as "Good"

I would say thats them trying to buy time by making an offer of some financial redress.

I would like to address this thread as the information posted in this thread is incorrect.

  1. Player requested withdrawal on May the 10th and was paid May the 16th once the documents have been approved.
  2. This initial post (from the 12th of May) is followed by a post at May 18th, that she (the player) already received her payments. Any other speculation is completely wrong.
  3. We have purchased 21Grand Casino and SupremePlay Casino in 2011.
  4. They were only operated on Rival casino software.
  5. There have never been any processing problems as “rjb” claims.
  6. Any Affiliate who is member of GPWA, CAP, AFGD and Casinomeister would be able to confirm that there have never been any payment problems and we always paid on time.
  7. Just recently launched our new casino brand - Play2win Casino at the Barcelona Conference (BAC) on our exclusive VIP Yacht event, where 40 of the most successful Affiliates of the world participated.
  8. We feel disappointed to the obviously missing lack of information of the members, stating in the below thread. But we are comprehensive on the fact that on any forum there will always be members who are ready to do anything to attract the attention of others, and to feed the illusion they could be influential within our industry.
  9. One of the main reasons we do not state to speculative threats as these, is to avoid wrong snow ball effects that such posts produce.
  10. We feel obligated in answering statements regarding complaints of other casino operators which are not suitable for prestigious forums such as casinomeister.

Casinomeister members are always welcome to contact me via email/PM.

I have never heard of BestPayPartners, but why should I have? I'm just a simple gambler:rolleyes:
Though I have to say that point 7-9 made me never wanting to play at your casino.

You are absolutely correct in saying SOME individuals do this to attract attention (OP this is not in relation to YOU - Just a General Statement).

However I would be careful to assume that Players / Forum members cannot be influential in this industry. You forget that places like Casinomeister are BUILT on Feedback from Players. If Players did not come forward and share their experiences we would't know who the Rogues are, Who Pays FAST, Who Stalls and who are downright DIRTY!

Without Players - We wouldn't have Casinomeister!

Okey, I can't no longer edit my first post so I'll just write a new one (posting way too much):eek2:

I have been told that this is a good guy, and I maybe reacted the way I did because I really didn't like the people behind 21Grand before.
Sorry for that:thumbsup:

I won't sign up again but I won't tell anyone else not to either. That's fair isn't it?;)

Not sure if I qualify as one of the blow-hards this person was referring to -- in pretty crappy English I might add -- but IMO things haven't changed much at this casino since the Warning was posted. See my recent post in another current thread for details: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/21-grand-casino.53354/

Been there, done that with 2 recent PAB issues. All I got in response was the sound of the whistling void. FYI, "contact" usually implies some manner of two-way communication, receiving nothing at all in response is singularly unsatisfactory.

It usually says something about a casino when they send someone to throw crap at the members of a "prestigious" forum. It says even more when that someone can't even speak English properly.

If anyone isn't sure about this rep, check out the other 21Grand thread.

It was YOU that brought this thread back to life, so between May and now it is not surprising that the OP's friend has finally been paid. Had you issued this statement closer to the event, you would not have been able to put such positive spin on it. It seems you joined in October mainly to make this statement, and since then have gone to ground, ignoring the communications you invited from players, and even those from Max.

I believe the OP's story, and the misinformation is down to Rival wanting the truth kept secret. Another thread had much truer information in it, drawn from court records, but Rival's reaction was to issue legal threats to Bryan to force him to take the thread down. The whole structure of who owns what & when, and who calls the shots, means that Players only have speculation to go on, hence they "play safe", taking the default position that Rival casinos are genetically programmed to turn bad no matter who runs them. By constantly changing their names, the intention is to confuse players as to where they are really playing, so when they try to follow such a complicated trail, a wrong turn here and there is not obvious.

If your casinos still have "...operated by Bonne Chance...." on the website, then this "new ownership" is little more than a paper exercise intended to trick players into believing there has been real change.

We CAN influence the industry, and as your CUSTOMERS, we damn well ought to be able, even if such influence is merely taking that custom elsewhere. If it is merely an illusion as you believe, why the legal threats from Rival earlier in the year?

>Rival
>Bonne Chance
>"New Ownership"

That would be so funny if it wasn't so sad. Wish everyone would read the "Rival & Canada" thread.

I have, but Rival wanted it removed. It is obvious that they are only interested in correcting misinformation when it suits them. They want us to believe that 21Grand is really under new ownership, but that thread lays bare what is REALLY going on, and why the appearance of "operated by Bonne Chance" is the one true indicator of whether there really has been a change of ownership. The legal threat was down to what was revealed about Bonne Chance itself, and this came from court records, so would be hard to brand as "misinformation".

Rival were asked to make a statement of correction in that thread, as they have done in this one, but instead responded with the legal threats and "take down" notice.

Update

I was looking around and seen this , so it seems correct to give final infos.
She has been payed for 22.000, in tranches of 2000 euros every two weeks.
