WARNING SupremePlay / 21Grand Casino : stalling, slo-pay, ignored issues

    Players should be aware that these casinos seem to be doing everything they can to ignore and/or slo-pay and/or avoid player complaint issues:
    • first they said "we deal directly with the players regarding the PAB" and it turned out that in almost all cases that was blatantly untrue, the players had never heard a peep.
    • they have claimed things like agreements made off-line with players. When we asked for details they could not provide them. When we asked the players about said agreements it turned out there had been no such thing.
    • recently their responses have mostly been of the "busy busy, we'll get back to you" nature and I get nothing. I chase after them, they repeat the "busy busy" mantra and we do it all over again.

    It is also worth mentioning that there has been an inordinate number of complaints in a relatively short period of time:
    SupremePlay + 21Grand = 11 PABs in 10 months. That is far beyond normal.

    To be fair half or more of these PABs have been settled satisfactorily but only at great effort and constant reminders to the casino to do so. This should not be necessary to see simple player issues dealt with.

    Warning: players have been reporting an unusually high number of payment related issues with these casinos. The casino staff have not been forthright nor forthcoming in dealing with most of these problems. Player are advised that SupremePlay and 21Grand Casino are Not Recommended.

    It should be said that a new guy has come on board, simonwhite, and things are looking up.

    I believe Simon will soon discuss with Bryan what they need to do to clear things up here at Casinomeister. In the meantime it appears as if some of the outstanding PABs are getting dealt with and that is a good thing. :thumbsup:

    Guess I spoke too soon, this seems to have ended up on the rocks again pretty quickly. The unresolved issues remain so.

    Update 2012-NOV-14: recent events have underscored the fact that nothing has changed with these guys, still playing games with player issues. See here.
