Withdrawal denied and cancelled

Hello all,
I am new here. My situation is that I have been playing at a new casino (GrandeVegas Casino) and until last week never won anything. I finally won $600 after completing my playthrough. I sent in all of the information requested for verification and was finally told that my account was completely verified. I then requested a withdrawal. After waiting for almost a week, I received an email stating that I did not follow the rules and that my bonus and winnings were denied and voided. I was told that the T&C rule was Players with one or more pending withdrawals current in their account are not eligible to received any bonuses, therefore my winnings and my bonus were denied and voided. They voided my $600 winnings and posted my $45 deposit back to my account.

This is the first time I have ever tried to make a withdrawal with this casino so I'm not sure why they are saying I have pending withdrawals with them. I have made withdrawals from other casinos and had one pending, however as far as I know, they are not affiliated. I sent them an email to explain or point me to the rule that I broke and have not heard anything else from them.

Try searching for the rep for that casino and send them a pm requesting help or send the casino an email requesting an explaination as to why they have come to this decision, did you read the terms and conditions prior to signing up ? I would start with the casino first then try the rep before lodging a PAB. I hope this helps a bit. I know how frustrating dealing with issues can be. Casinos stick firm to the terms and conditions. Maybe you deposited with a bonus before your previous deposit had not reached $0 balance. Just a thought. Often cant use multipul bonuses in a row. Anyway good luck.

Does that one pending withdrawal happen to be at Slotastic Casino or Jackpot Capital?
