Many probably know about the difficult situation in the UK regarding the lockdown and self-employed workers. So yesterday my job got locked down and all the people sent home for an unknown period of time.

Thanks for the information but I think it doesn't apply to me; I'm a self-employed scaffolder. I'll get paid as soon as I get back to work and get the job done...

It was the construction main company who decided to shut the job down. And I'll be back again as soon as the situation in country settles down.

Martin Lewis has the details in an updated newsletter this morning. Official confirmation that the details will be confirmed within a day or two.
Only reason I jumped in is that there are lots of cases of mis-information flying around.
My husband has a transport team of over 120 drivers that he is the manager for...plus an additional 300-400 staff in the rest of the company that delivers high end fresh food to pubs and clubs.
