Will I ever get paid? (Simons Says)

this was the latest comment i had from TIV

The delays that we are currently experiencing have been going on for some time.

At some times the withdrawals go through without any problems, but sometimes they do not.

i have no idea how some payments go through and some not, but i dont know how the whole thing works:confused:

This is the newest conversation that I had with live help at Simon Says.

I want my withdrawals. I have been patient up to now. I'm sick of the same old song and dance about ACH processors. You're doing the same thing to neteller customers as well. I am so tired of hearing it's been increasingly difficult to get money to U.S. accounts. It sure isn't difficult to take my money is it? I have been waiting for over a month for my withdrawals, and since then have deposited almost $4000, you didn't have any problem with that. It came out of my account in less than 24 hours.
Liz: One moment please.
you: I'm sorry to be so gruff, but I have lost more money here this month than in my whole life put together, and I've been gambling for 10 years. It's just nuts. And I've been waiting forever for my withdrawals from Simon Says, Mayan, Paradise 8, and Superior. I'd be glad to cancel my withdrawals if you would put all the money I spent at all 9 casinos since March 8th back into my account.
Liz: We can send a request for a reversal and if you have an account at Ewalletexpress you can request a cash out through their processors.
you: I don't have ewalletexpress
Liz: We are currently experiencing delays with all processors except with Ewalletexpress.
you: I understand that, but over a month? What problems could take that long?
Liz: The processors have had delays.
you: When do you expect the processors to be working again?
Liz: We currently don't have a time or day for the withdrawals to be processed.
you: So it's indefinate, it could be another month or longer?
Liz: It could be another week
you: Or it could be tommorrow?
Liz: Not tomorrow for sure.
you: So you know it won't be this week
Liz: There's a slight chance it can be till next week.
you: slight chance it can be till next week?
Liz: Yes...
you: what does that mean?
Liz: I'm not saying it will be next week due to i don't know when it will be.
you: So you're saying it definantly won't be this week, like I was told 2 weeks ago, but there's a slight chance it could be next week, but not to hold my breath?
Liz: Sounds more negotiable.
you: Must be losing a lot of customers
you: Then it will be a total of 7 weeks, if it comes next week that I will be waiting
Liz: I'm sorry for that but currently there is nothing i can do about it.
you: Well, ok then, you've been a great help

This whole issue sounds like a big old crock of BS to me...how is it that Rivals constantly have all of these issues with processors while the other casinos don't ??..Sounds more like cash flow problems to me, there's no way in hell they could be having these issues over and over and over again...that's just simply asinine !!

I have been a loyal Rival player from the beginning but I am just stumped as to what is going on with them now. This problem with the withdrawals is a very big problem but it is just one in a long list of problems they have had since their upgrade.

And I fully agree, somebody needs to tell players what is going on. If they are having real problems, let the players know. Quiet makes one suspicious, doesn't it?

Kinda makes me glad I don't have a withdrawal pending, I would be a PO'd person right about now.

i'm not sure what the exact issue is but i think it has to have something to do with the processors or such. my qt was delayed as well (though only for a few days) and i was told to withdraw to ewalletxpress and got a large cashout in less than 24 hrs. i don't think there have ever been problems with players being paid but rather just delays that occur due to these glitches that i hope will be resolved soon. and i'm assuming a lot of these issues are with the ach payments which is a terrible way to withdraw at any rival but possibly the only option for players who don't have / want an ewallet. anyway, cross your fingers that it's all taken care of sooner than later.

Technical issues with Both QT and Neteller and also ACH withdrawals... :what:

My thoughts exactly, Robwin. The S**t has hit the fan at other forums also. Seems like all withdrawals except possibly to Ewalletexpress are being held up. For once I am glad I don't have a pending withdrawal. :D

Does not look good for the casinos no matter what the problem is. If it was just a US player problem, that would be one thing, but I think it is other countries as well. Can't blame it all on Uncle Sam.

Again, hope all get paid and soon.

Yep, I agree Annie it's all really really strange, I hate to see this as hard as John has worked on this forum over the last year making TIV such a great casino and all and helping folks out and now this is like the third time this year already that this same excuse has been used for slow payments...I do think that it is all above Johns pay grade though as it is happening at all the other Rival casinos also, but maybe John can at least let us in on what is really going on...hell, I for one certainly understand cash flow issues as I have been in the construction industry all my life and there is always a cash flow issue in this business..

You do bring up a very good point there, doesn't seem to be any other casinos having processor problems. But I wouldn't go as far to say it is a money problem. Yet! It does set off the wonder meters though and needs to be explained.

And what's up with no response from any Rival reps to thread, are they on vacation. maxd put the word out on the 14th.

No matter what comes of this if Rival casinos are going to expect players to deposit they need to get the problem fixed so this does not keep happening and start to ruin their reputation.

You can only have so many breaks before people will lose interest in excuses and go elsewhere to play. Sad thing for USA players, we don't have many choices. But you don't take advantage of that and think you'll just keep getting a free ride, most of us still have the casino right down the street.

It is really crazy what is going on lately. I've been a loyal customer, and love the rival group. I play at all 9 casinos. I've never had an issue like this. I got my withdrawal from Slots of Vegas (RTG) two weeks ago, and it was requested at the same time, now that's ridiculous. But anyway, it's the tight machines too. I don't know if I'm the only person in the world playing Fantasy Fortunes, but my goodness I have never had such a stroke of bad luck. I have seriously gone through over $4000 (without bonuses) at all 9 casinos in the last month and I never bet over pennies, so my max bet is $2.00, and I don't always play that much. That's a little absurd. Anyway, my bad luck. I really hope Rival takes care of the problems that they seem to have had since their upgrade. Good luck to anyone else experiencing similar problems.

That is really bad when a Rogue Casino pays you out a lot faster that a Non Rogue...something just don't quite seem right and a lot of silence for the past week over this issue too...and on another note they can't just blame this on some software upgrade as this happened a couple times before their software upgrade and lets be real here...what the hell would a software upgrade have to do with extra slow payments from a seperate processor as they say anyway...:what:

i agree it does sound like cash flow problems.

i suppose when you see the maximum cashout is what ? 4k a week i understand that this was recently raised from 4k a month ? now that says to me,
oooops we raised it to much, sorry but if you win a fairly large amount we dont have the $$$ money in our accounts to pay you so we have to wait for people to deposit, if they dont deposit then youll be waiting over the normal time to get paid, and we will use all the excuses under the sun to delay your payment,

maybe some high roller will deposit 100k at the w/e then all the processor problems will get better :D

this is pure speculation on my part but since nobody from rival will come here and clarify things thats all we can do,

i do believe i will get paid eventually but its the not knowing

All these payment delays at Rivals are giving me the willies. Do I think everyone will be paid? Yes. However, I'm not depositing another penny at any Rival casino till I start hearing things have turned around. (I don't even have an account at TiV yet.) *I doubt that my little $25 deposit a couple of times a month will even be missed when it fails to appear.:p

 Not that I really have to worry about cashouts (anywhere) anymore... Lady Luck has left the building...

Hey Nash, are you getting paid? With as much as you won, it could take you years to get paid. :D

Seriously, it is not a laughing matter. And the fact that nobody from the Rivals (here or any other forum I go to) is addressing this problem is a bad thing. In this case, silence is not golden.

I think they must be trying to get some money back before paying out. I (like an idiot) keep depositing there, trying to chase my money. Went through $52 and $47 in about an hour, and that was actually good these days.

Heidi,, you do know how to stop the bleeding...Right...

Hey everyone,

Sorry not hiding or haven't disappeared. I am overly busy combined with family problems of late that I don't feel like discussing.

Cashouts are being handled still but I am not sure when they will be done but are done manually and I was told the issue had more to do with the accounting department not being able to pull up the files to process them or to even respond to the complaints, and as far as I know it is not a float problem. Apologies for the delays and more so for the unanswered emails.

I can still answer pms but am slow to respond and hopefully things go back to normal next week.

John
