Resolved Spin Casino refusing to pay me

I live in Noca Scotia Canada ,
I have been having this problem with Spin Palace
The took the funds out of my bank account . I won $500.00 and they Re refusing to pay it to me . Because my ID is exp . I sent them so much stuff proving it is me . Even my birth certificate. Bank statements. CRA doc . And still nothing is working . They even go as far as hanging up on me in support texting .I am 45 years old . I have 2 lung deases messes in spine 5 herniated disks . And much more . Wanted to get some groceries . But guess it's not going to happen.. . I have been fighting with then since yesterday . . I knowni shouldn't have taken my last 10$ to play that game .. but I knew was too good to be true . Shame on me I guess for being a fool ..

Hello,

Is your problem with Spin Palace (spinpalace,com) or Spin Casino (spincasino.com)? You say "Spin Palace" in your initial post but it appears from your screenshot that it should be "Spin Casino". Assuming that is correct I've changed the title of this thread accordingly. If you feel it really should be "Spin Palace" named in the thread title please let us know ASAP.

Hi, I'm sorry but I find that confusing. The screenshot you've shown above clearly says "spincasino.com". Are you saying you have this same problem at both casinos? spinpalace.com and spincasino.com? Please confirm.

I know . I log into spin palace . But when it loads it says spin casino . I don't know why . But it dose . Even my emails from them say spin palace ...

PAB update: after submitting a recently-issued ID the OP reports having been paid in full. Case closed.

I have a friend in the same position as you with "Spin City" - I assume that Spin Casino/Palace/City are all the same organization. Am i understanding you correctly that you won 500$ and then they used the bank and ID info to take 500$ out of your bank account?
