PAB in progress Ninewin refusing to pay out €24000 in winnings, closed my account without explanation.

Ninewin have closed my account containing €24000 without reason. They refunded my initial deposit out of the blue and said that they consider the matter closed!

I won €24000 and tried to withdraw. First transaction was cancelled due to not being verified. I then got full verification and tried to withdraw the maximum each day. They then cancelled them after around a week, telling me this was an error on their side and to try again. They assured me I would receive my winnings. They even congratulated me! When I go to try again they’ve changed to Genome withdrawal which didn’t work at all so my money was trapped there. When I complained they said that it was me that cancelled the initial transaction. Lies. I then complained to Curacao eGaming and then Ninewin closed my account! Absolute crooks. Has anyone else had this issue.

I’ve got all of this backed-up on email, screenshots etc so I’ve definitely got a case.
