Will I ever get paid? (Simons Says)

After having read numerous posts about non-payment, continuous complaints about casinos changing the rules in mid-stream, I am wondering why we still play in these casinos. I have been playing for awhile, but the only time I withdrew was before the Unlawful Internet ruling. I have been waiting over a month now for Simons Says to pay me. Like a fool,I put money in yesterday, because I wanted to play so bad. Silly me.The games are tighter than ever and it's like pulling teeth to be able to stay in for any length of time. What I want to know is, HAS ANYONE EVER GOTTEN PAID BY A CASINO FOR THEIR WINNINGS, or am I being delusional in thinking it might happen in the next century if at all?

Stepfordwife, you need to get in touch with their Rep HERE and see what the heck is going on...a month is just ridiculous...

I've sent Kendra a heads-up on this thread. I'm sure she'll comment on it shortly.

I hear you

I hear you. I was beginning to think it was just me. I have been waiting for a month for a payout from Simon Says, and almost a month for payouts from Superior, Mayan, and Paradise 8. The payouts don't even come close to what I've deposited the last month. I'm thinking to myself, can anyone really be this unlucky? I have gone through $3500 at all 9 Rival casinos this month playing pennies on Fantasy Fortunes. It's just gotten ridiculous. And then the money that I do win, I can't get back. I thought I was just on a streak of bad bad luck this month. I hope things work out for the both of us. I used to love playing there, but not so much lately. I can't even make $100 last an hour.
Good Luck,
Heidi

Are you waiting for an ACH?

I have a question for you guys, are you all witing on an ACH? If so, I seen several threads where, where Rival have difficulty to make that payment. I use QT and have had 3 cashouts from SS, in the last 2 weeks none took more than 3 days. I'm sure you guys willl get paid, if your waiting for an ACH, maybe it's time to open a QT account. It will cost you some cash, but you get paid quickly with it.

Sounds like an ACH/bank problem, not a cashflow problem. If QT is the closest to Neteller that you can get, then I'd hit it.:D

Kendra's cool

I just closed my Simon Says account because they issue no cheques, and Cdn's have lost Neteller privileges for casino activity. They have other options, but I do not want to open a new ewallet just to play at a specific casino. I PM'ed her, she told me what info to provide, and I got a really prompt e-mail from suppot closing my account. Had a great run on a signup bonus, but did not meet cashout. Contacted support a couple of times, and they were terrific too. I liked the Rival software, and would probably try another site.

The problem with ACH withdrawals and Rival casinos is nothing new. It has always taken 2 weeks to a month or longer to receive them and I know it sucks but the casinos have always been upfront about it. It takes all of them about the same amount of time for an ACH withdrawal to process. I use QT for withdrawals and then have it sent to my Wired Plastic card. Takes about 5-7days give or take the weekend. It costs a bit but you get your money. You will get paid by the casino, but it will take a while. And for most of us, there is nothing we can do being in the US.

Don't forget that you can use ACH for Netspend reloadable cards as well...and only pay a couple bucks to get your money from an ATM :)

i have done this with other places. it is the only place i have ach's sent. i do not give out my bank account numbers to online casinos. remember the ach will work to netspend but not wire transfers.

:what::what::eek2: What the heck is going on at Rival these days with payouts ???

I agree, then on top of that they send their players emails saying their status has change with the casino and you are now a Gold VIP or a knight and will be eligible for flushing accounts and faster withdrawls.

Normal process time is 2 business days 48hrs, not 5 days 10 days or a month in some cases using the same excuse, we are having delays. So what does the VIP status mean.

Now, I can understand having a problem now and then, but it seems lately people are having to chase their money around to get it and that is something casinos need to change.

If their having delays with withdrawals then post that in the deposting section at the time and see if players will still make the deposit.

If casinos really want to impress their players, instead of changing their level of status which really makes little difference, why not come up with a button right next to the deposit button that is an instant withdrawl as same as the instant deposit button. :D

So True

I completely agree. I have been "awarded" VIP status at 4 of the Rival casinos and it doesn't make the withdrawal process any faster. They used to process my ACH withdrawals in about a week, now it's taking over a month. I just signed up for QT, so I guess I will try that, if I ever get lucky enough to make a withdrawal again.
I have brought this issue up with them time and again. They say that due to legislation, it is becoming increasingly difficult to get funds to U.S. players accounts, but it hasn't gotten difficult to deposit. I think it's ridiculous that a deposit takes 30 seconds and a withdrawal takes 30 days or longer.

i just received this email from TIV about my cashout,

Regarding your withdrawal.
We have some technical issues with NETeller withdrawals but we expect your withdrawal to be finalized during the next week.

Thank you for understanding.

i like the bit at the end, Thank you for understanding. like i have any choice in the matter

so i emailed them asking about sending the money to my moneybookers account since it was what i used to deposit ,

im starting to worry about all the negative things ive been reading about them.
in my case i put in a cashout request waited the 48hours , nothing so i asked on live chat they said they would send an email to accounting enquiring about it then i received an email saying ,

Please be advised that we have received your recent request to reverse your withdrawal from your account at thisisvegas. Your reversal is complete!

wtf i never asked them to reverse it, so ill just have to wait and see

Technical issues with Both QT and NETeller withdrawals...

That sounds like an internal issue to me with Rivals Processing Dept. and not all three QT, Neteller and ACH withdrawal options...:what:

I know over at "Dales Dead Bug" the office processes my check every Thursday and it is sent ACH to me from some small processing company just outside of Arlen and it has never been late !!

lol just received this reguarding me asking them about my cashout to moneybookers.

Following up on your email.
There are also some current delays with Moneybookers withdrawals.
Early next week we should have an update on your withdrawal.

:confused::confused:

No time frame

This is the newest conversation that I had with live help at Simon Says.

I want my withdrawals. I have been patient up to now. I'm sick of the same old song and dance about ACH processors. You're doing the same thing to neteller customers as well. I am so tired of hearing it's been increasingly difficult to get money to U.S. accounts. It sure isn't difficult to take my money is it? I have been waiting for over a month for my withdrawals, and since then have deposited almost $4000, you didn't have any problem with that. It came out of my account in less than 24 hours.
Liz: One moment please.
you: I'm sorry to be so gruff, but I have lost more money here this month than in my whole life put together, and I've been gambling for 10 years. It's just nuts. And I've been waiting forever for my withdrawals from Simon Says, Mayan, Paradise 8, and Superior. I'd be glad to cancel my withdrawals if you would put all the money I spent at all 9 casinos since March 8th back into my account.
Liz: We can send a request for a reversal and if you have an account at Ewalletexpress you can request a cash out through their processors.
you: I don't have ewalletexpress
Liz: We are currently experiencing delays with all processors except with Ewalletexpress.
you: I understand that, but over a month? What problems could take that long?
Liz: The processors have had delays.
you: When do you expect the processors to be working again?
Liz: We currently don't have a time or day for the withdrawals to be processed.
you: So it's indefinate, it could be another month or longer?
Liz: It could be another week
you: Or it could be tommorrow?
Liz: Not tomorrow for sure.
you: So you know it won't be this week
Liz: There's a slight chance it can be till next week.
you: slight chance it can be till next week?
Liz: Yes...
you: what does that mean?
Liz: I'm not saying it will be next week due to i don't know when it will be.
you: So you're saying it definantly won't be this week, like I was told 2 weeks ago, but there's a slight chance it could be next week, but not to hold my breath?
Liz: Sounds more negotiable.
you: Must be losing a lot of customers
you: Then it will be a total of 7 weeks, if it comes next week that I will be waiting
Liz: I'm sorry for that but currently there is nothing i can do about it.
you: Well, ok then, you've been a great help

Hmmm....this is really disappointing.

I know there were delays for all withdrawals a few weeks ago which lasted about a week and management stated it was due to technical difficulties caused by the recent upgrades. OK, I can accept that explanation and I was paid after a few days waiting.

Now it seems the same problem has arisen, and I dont see how upgrades can be the problem again - the only issue I can think of is that Rival is having problems funding its e-wallets to issue withdrawals (not due to lack of funds, but maybe due to bank transfer delays etc). It would really help if they were upfront about what exactly the problem is to put everyones mind at ease.

It really strikes fear into the minds of players when cashouts are delayed, as many of us have been stiffed in the past by dodgy operators who continually give excuses as to why they cannot pay (and quite often just dont in the end). I am NOT saying this applies to Rival, however this kind of thing creates concerns and anxiety for a player and does nothing to protect a casinos' reputation. It is all about perception and if players think they are going to have to muck around trying to get paid each time they will just play elsewhere.

Players appreciate complete honesty from a Casino and it would do Rival no harm to have a rep post here outlining the current issues they are experiencing and what players can do to get their cashouts faster.

this was the latest comment i had from TIV

The delays that we are currently experiencing have been going on for some time.

At some times the withdrawals go through without any problems, but sometimes they do not.

i have no idea how some payments go through and some not, but i dont know how the whole thing works:confused:

This whole issue sounds like a big old crock of BS to me...how is it that Rivals constantly have all of these issues with processors while the other casinos don't ??..Sounds more like cash flow problems to me, there's no way in hell they could be having these issues over and over and over again...that's just simply asinine !!

I have been a loyal Rival player from the beginning but I am just stumped as to what is going on with them now. This problem with the withdrawals is a very big problem but it is just one in a long list of problems they have had since their upgrade.

And I fully agree, somebody needs to tell players what is going on. If they are having real problems, let the players know. Quiet makes one suspicious, doesn't it?

Kinda makes me glad I don't have a withdrawal pending, I would be a PO'd person right about now.

i'm not sure what the exact issue is but i think it has to have something to do with the processors or such. my qt was delayed as well (though only for a few days) and i was told to withdraw to ewalletxpress and got a large cashout in less than 24 hrs. i don't think there have ever been problems with players being paid but rather just delays that occur due to these glitches that i hope will be resolved soon. and i'm assuming a lot of these issues are with the ach payments which is a terrible way to withdraw at any rival but possibly the only option for players who don't have / want an ewallet. anyway, cross your fingers that it's all taken care of sooner than later.

Technical issues with Both QT and Neteller and also ACH withdrawals... :what:

My thoughts exactly, Robwin. The S**t has hit the fan at other forums also. Seems like all withdrawals except possibly to Ewalletexpress are being held up. For once I am glad I don't have a pending withdrawal. :D

Does not look good for the casinos no matter what the problem is. If it was just a US player problem, that would be one thing, but I think it is other countries as well. Can't blame it all on Uncle Sam.

Again, hope all get paid and soon.

Yep, I agree Annie it's all really really strange, I hate to see this as hard as John has worked on this forum over the last year making TIV such a great casino and all and helping folks out and now this is like the third time this year already that this same excuse has been used for slow payments...I do think that it is all above Johns pay grade though as it is happening at all the other Rival casinos also, but maybe John can at least let us in on what is really going on...hell, I for one certainly understand cash flow issues as I have been in the construction industry all my life and there is always a cash flow issue in this business..

You do bring up a very good point there, doesn't seem to be any other casinos having processor problems. But I wouldn't go as far to say it is a money problem. Yet! It does set off the wonder meters though and needs to be explained.

And what's up with no response from any Rival reps to thread, are they on vacation. maxd put the word out on the 14th.

No matter what comes of this if Rival casinos are going to expect players to deposit they need to get the problem fixed so this does not keep happening and start to ruin their reputation.

You can only have so many breaks before people will lose interest in excuses and go elsewhere to play. Sad thing for USA players, we don't have many choices. But you don't take advantage of that and think you'll just keep getting a free ride, most of us still have the casino right down the street.

It is really crazy what is going on lately. I've been a loyal customer, and love the rival group. I play at all 9 casinos. I've never had an issue like this. I got my withdrawal from Slots of Vegas (RTG) two weeks ago, and it was requested at the same time, now that's ridiculous. But anyway, it's the tight machines too. I don't know if I'm the only person in the world playing Fantasy Fortunes, but my goodness I have never had such a stroke of bad luck. I have seriously gone through over $4000 (without bonuses) at all 9 casinos in the last month and I never bet over pennies, so my max bet is $2.00, and I don't always play that much. That's a little absurd. Anyway, my bad luck. I really hope Rival takes care of the problems that they seem to have had since their upgrade. Good luck to anyone else experiencing similar problems.

That is really bad when a Rogue Casino pays you out a lot faster that a Non Rogue...something just don't quite seem right and a lot of silence for the past week over this issue too...and on another note they can't just blame this on some software upgrade as this happened a couple times before their software upgrade and lets be real here...what the hell would a software upgrade have to do with extra slow payments from a seperate processor as they say anyway...:what:

i agree it does sound like cash flow problems.

i suppose when you see the maximum cashout is what ? 4k a week i understand that this was recently raised from 4k a month ? now that says to me,
oooops we raised it to much, sorry but if you win a fairly large amount we dont have the $$$ money in our accounts to pay you so we have to wait for people to deposit, if they dont deposit then youll be waiting over the normal time to get paid, and we will use all the excuses under the sun to delay your payment,

maybe some high roller will deposit 100k at the w/e then all the processor problems will get better :D

this is pure speculation on my part but since nobody from rival will come here and clarify things thats all we can do,

i do believe i will get paid eventually but its the not knowing

All these payment delays at Rivals are giving me the willies. Do I think everyone will be paid? Yes. However, I'm not depositing another penny at any Rival casino till I start hearing things have turned around. (I don't even have an account at TiV yet.) *I doubt that my little $25 deposit a couple of times a month will even be missed when it fails to appear.:p

 Not that I really have to worry about cashouts (anywhere) anymore... Lady Luck has left the building...

Hey everyone,

Sorry not hiding or haven't disappeared. I am overly busy combined with family problems of late that I don't feel like discussing.

Cashouts are being handled still but I am not sure when they will be done but are done manually and I was told the issue had more to do with the accounting department not being able to pull up the files to process them or to even respond to the complaints, and as far as I know it is not a float problem. Apologies for the delays and more so for the unanswered emails.

I can still answer pms but am slow to respond and hopefully things go back to normal next week.

John

If you guys need a highly knowledgeable IT member that can figure these problems out faster, let me know.

Sorry to hear about your family problems John, that should always take the first order of business, hope everything works out ok...At least you do take the time to come on here and respond...really makes you wonder about all the other Rival Reps on this board and where the heck they have been...:what:
